PART I -- GENERAL TERMS

1. Acceptance, Modifications, and Entire Agreement

1.1 Formation of Agreement

These Terms become effective and legally binding upon the earliest of:

(a) your creation of a MyCampus account;

(b) your download or installation of any MyCampus application;

(c) your access to or use of the Service through any means, including web browsers, mobile applications, APIs, or third-party integrations;

(d) your clicking "I Agree," "Accept," "Sign Up," or any similar affirmative action indicating acceptance. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity (such as a company, university club, or organization), you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to that entity.

1.2 Incorporated Documents

These Terms incorporate by reference the following documents, each of which forms an integral part of this Agreement:

(a) Privacy Policy -- Describes our data collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection practices;

(b) Community Guidelines -- Detailed behavioral standards and content policies (set forth in Section 7);

(c) Acceptable Use Policy -- Technical and operational restrictions on Service use (set forth in Section 8);

(d) Copyright and DMCA Policy -- Procedures for intellectual property claims (set forth in Section 27);

(e) Any supplemental terms, policies, or guidelines presented to you when you access specific features or services.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplemental terms applicable to a specific feature, the supplemental terms shall govern with respect to that feature to the extent of the conflict.

1.3 Amendments and Modifications

Krtuworks reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make changes:

(a) Material changes: We will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" fields above, increment the version number, and provide notice through one or more of the following channels: in-app notification, push notification, email to your registered address, or a prominent banner within the Service. Material changes include, but are not limited to, modifications to arbitration provisions, limitation of liability, data processing practices, pricing terms, or changes that materially reduce your rights or increase your obligations.

(b) Non-material changes: Minor corrections, clarifications, formatting adjustments, or updates to reflect existing practices may be made without advance notice, though we will update the "Last Updated" date.

(c) Consent requirement: Where required by applicable law (including but not limited to EU consumer protection directives, Turkish consumer protection law, or other mandatory consumer protection frameworks), we will seek your affirmative consent before material changes take effect.

(d) Effective date: Unless otherwise specified or required by law, material changes take effect thirty (30) days after the notice is provided. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

(e) Rejection: If you do not agree to any modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service and delete your account before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

(f) Prior versions: Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to [email protected]. We maintain an archive of all material revisions.

1.4 Supplemental Terms for Specific Features

Certain features within the Service may be subject to additional terms, conditions, guidelines, or rules ("Supplemental Terms") that are presented to you when you access or use those features. Supplemental Terms are in addition to, and shall be deemed a part of, these Terms. You agree to the applicable Supplemental Terms before using such features. Examples include, but are not limited to:

(a) Marketplace listing and transaction terms;

(b) Company and business account terms;

(c) Club governance and management terms;

(d) Payment processing terms (as applicable through third-party processors);

(e) AI feature usage terms;

(f) Beta and experimental feature terms.

1.5 Electronic Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that clicking "I Agree," "Accept," "Sign Up," or creating an account constitutes your electronic signature and expresses your intent to be bound by these Terms with the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. This Agreement satisfies any legal requirement for a "writing" or "signed agreement" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and the EU Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation (eIDAS).

2. Eligibility and Access Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create an account and use the Service. If the laws of your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age for:

(a) entering into binding contracts;

(b) consenting to the processing of personal data;

(c) using social networking services;

(d) participating in online marketplaces or matching services, then you must meet that higher age requirement. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for data processing consent is higher than sixteen (e.g., certain requirements under the EU General Data Protection Regulation as implemented by member states), you must meet the locally required minimum age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

If you are between sixteen (16) years of age and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically eighteen (18) in most jurisdictions), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf before you may use the Service. By permitting a minor to use the Service, the parent or legal guardian agrees to:

(a) supervise the minor's use of the Service;

(b) assume all risks associated with the minor's use, including data transfers to third parties as described in our Privacy Policy;

(c) ensure the minor's compliance with these Terms;

(d) be personally liable for the minor's activity on the Service. Krtuworks reserves the right to require verification of parental or guardian consent at any time.

2.3 University Affiliation Requirement

The Service is designed for the university community. Account registration requires a valid email address from a recognized university or educational institution email domain in our database. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are a current or former student, faculty member, researcher, staff member, or otherwise authorized user at the educational institution associated with your email address;

(b) You are authorized to use the email address you provide for registration purposes and that such use does not violate any policy of the issuing institution;

(c) Your affiliation with the institution is genuine, truthful, and was not obtained through fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized means;

(d) You will promptly notify us if your affiliation status changes in a way that may affect your eligibility to use the Service;

(e) You acknowledge that we may verify your affiliation at any time through any reasonable means, including but not limited to email re-verification, and that failure to verify may result in account suspension or termination.

2.4 Company and Business Account Eligibility

In addition to university-affiliated individual accounts, the Service supports company and business accounts ("Company Accounts"). Company Accounts are available to legitimate businesses and organizations that wish to engage with the university community. By creating a Company Account, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are authorized to act on behalf of the company or organization;

(b) The company or organization is a legitimate, legally registered entity;

(c) All information provided during registration is accurate and complete;

(d) You will comply with all applicable laws regarding commercial communications with students;

(e) You understand and accept the verification requirements and tier-based access restrictions applicable to Company Accounts (see Section 18).

2.5 Absolute Restrictions

You may not create an account or use the Service if:

(a) You were previously permanently banned from the Service, unless you have received explicit written authorization from Krtuworks to create a new account;

(b) You are prohibited from receiving or using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction or the laws of the United States of America;

(c) You are listed on any U.S. Government sanctions list, including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List;

(d) You are ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine);

(e) You are acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any person or entity described in subsections (c) or (d);

(f) You intend to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms;

(g) You have been convicted of a violent crime, sexual offense, or any offense involving minors, and such conviction would make your use of the Service a risk to other users, as determined by applicable law.

2.6 Verification Rights

Krtuworks reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to verify any information you provide, including but not limited to your age, identity, university affiliation, company registration, and compliance with eligibility requirements. Verification methods may include, without limitation: email domain verification, document review, third-party identity verification services, manual review by our trust and safety team, or any other reasonable method. Failure or refusal to cooperate with verification requests may result in immediate account suspension or termination. You acknowledge that verification does not create any representation or warranty by Krtuworks regarding the accuracy of other users' information.

3. Account Registration, Security, and Authentication

3.1 Account Information and Accuracy

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Service. Specifically:

(a) Username: Your username must be unique, must not impersonate another person or entity, must not be offensive, misleading, or violate any third party's rights. Usernames that are inactive, abandoned, or violate these Terms may be reclaimed by Krtuworks. Deleted usernames are reserved for a period of ninety (90) days and cannot be registered by another user during that period.

(b) Email address: Must be a valid, active email address at a recognized university domain (for individual accounts) or a legitimate business email (for Company Accounts). You must have authorized access to this email address.

(c) Profile information: Any information you provide in your profile (including bio, department, entry year, gender, birth date, avatar, banner image, and social media links) must be truthful and not misleading.

(d) Updates: You must promptly update your account information if it changes. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in inability to recover your account, receive important notifications, or access certain features.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted one (1) active account on the Service at any time, except where multiple accounts are explicitly authorized by Krtuworks (such as Company Account sub-accounts described in Section 18). You may not:

(a) Create or maintain multiple accounts to circumvent enforcement actions, rate limits, voting restrictions, or any other Service limitations;

(b) Create accounts using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-manual method;

(c) Create accounts under false, borrowed, or stolen identities;

(d) Transfer, sell, lease, lend, or otherwise make your account available to any other person without explicit written authorization from Krtuworks;

(e) Use another person's account or credentials without their permission.

Violation of the single account policy may result in termination of all associated accounts without notice.

3.3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password, two-factor authentication devices, backup codes, passkeys, and any session tokens. You agree to:

(a) Create a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service or account;

(b) Never share, disclose, or transfer your login credentials, authentication devices, or backup codes to any other person, including Krtuworks employees (we will never ask for your password);

(c) Immediately notify Krtuworks at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account, any security breach, or any loss or theft of your credentials or devices;

(d) Log out of your account on shared or public devices;

(e) Accept full responsibility and liability for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by a breach of our security obligations.

Krtuworks shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krtuworks for any claims arising from unauthorized use of your account that results from your negligence or failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The Service offers optional two-factor authentication to enhance account security. Available methods include:

(a) Authenticator apps: Compatible with standard authenticator applications (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, and similar). Generates time-limited verification codes.

(b) Email verification codes: One-time codes sent to your registered email address, with configurable resend limits and cooldown periods to prevent abuse.

(c) Passkeys: Hardware security keys, biometric authenticators (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello), and other compatible devices providing secure, phishing-resistant authentication.

We strongly recommend enabling at least one 2FA method. You are solely responsible for: safeguarding your 2FA devices, authenticator applications, and hardware security keys; securely storing backup codes in a location separate from your primary device; maintaining access to your registered email address for email-based verification; and promptly revoking compromised authenticators through the account security settings.

3.5 Backup Codes and Recovery Methods

Upon enabling 2FA, you will be provided with a set of single-use backup codes. These codes serve as your emergency access method if you lose access to your primary 2FA device. You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Backup codes are generated once and cannot be retrieved if lost -- they must be stored securely at the time of generation;

(b) Each backup code may be used only once and is permanently consumed upon use;

(c) You may regenerate a new set of backup codes at any time through your account settings, which invalidates all previously generated codes;

(d) Krtuworks cannot bypass, reset, or override 2FA protections on your behalf without proper identity verification through our account recovery process;

(e) Loss of all 2FA methods and backup codes may result in permanent loss of access to your account.

3.6 Account Recovery

If you lose access to your account, the following recovery options may be available depending on your circumstances:

(a) Password reset: Available through your registered email address. Password reset tokens expire within fifteen (15) minutes of issuance.

(b) 2FA recovery: If you have lost access to your 2FA device, you may submit a recovery request with supporting verification documentation. Recovery requests are reviewed by our trust and safety team and processed within twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) hours. We may require government-issued identification, academic documents, or other verification materials.

(c) Graduate recovery: If your university email address is no longer accessible (e.g., due to graduation, transfer, or institutional changes), you may submit a graduate recovery request with supporting academic documents (transcripts, diplomas, enrollment verification letters). A recovery email (personal email address) must have been previously configured in your account settings. Recovery documents are reviewed and permanently deleted from our systems promptly after the verification decision.

(d) Identity verification: All recovery methods require successful identity verification. Krtuworks reserves the right to deny recovery requests if identity cannot be satisfactorily verified, if the account has been terminated for violations, or if granting access would pose a safety or security risk.

3.7 Sessions and Device Management

Your authenticated sessions have defined expiration periods set by Krtuworks. You acknowledge that:

(a) Krtuworks may revoke, expire, or invalidate any session at its discretion for security purposes, service maintenance, or policy enforcement;

(b) You may have multiple concurrent active sessions across devices;

(c) You may view and revoke your active sessions through the account security settings;

(d) Logging out on one device does not automatically terminate sessions on other devices unless you explicitly revoke all sessions;

(e) Session information (including device name, device type, operating system, IP address, approximate location, and last activity time) is collected and displayed to you for security monitoring purposes;

(f) You will receive a notification when a new session is created on a previously unrecognized device, including the device name and approximate location.

3.8 New Login Alerts

When a new session is established from a device or location that has not been previously associated with your account, you will receive a security alert notification through available channels (push notification, in-app notification). This alert includes the device name, device type, and masked IP address. If you did not initiate this login, you should immediately secure your account by changing your password and revoking unauthorized sessions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

4.4 Platform Maintenance and Downtime

Krtuworks may perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Service, which may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavor to perform scheduled maintenance during off-peak hours and provide reasonable advance notice where practicable. Emergency maintenance to address security vulnerabilities, data integrity issues, or critical system failures may be performed without advance notice.

5. User Content, Licenses, and Ownership

5.1 Definition of User Content

"User Content" means any and all content, information, data, text, software, photographs, images, graphics, videos, audio recordings, voice notes, files, documents, messages, reactions, polls, poll responses, ratings, reviews, listings, profiles, comments, posts, links, and any other material or information that you create, upload, submit, transmit, store, display, distribute, or otherwise make available through or in connection with the Service.

5.2 Your Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content, subject to the licenses granted in these Terms. Krtuworks does not claim ownership of your User Content. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to transfer ownership of your User Content to Krtuworks or any third party.

5.3 License to Krtuworks

By creating, uploading, submitting, or otherwise making User Content available through the Service, you hereby grant Krtuworks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, perpetual (subject to Section 5.8), and irrevocable license to:

(a) Host, store, cache, reproduce, distribute, display (publicly and privately), and perform (publicly and privately) your User Content;

(b) Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, and reformat your User Content solely for the purposes of formatting, displaying, distributing, and operating the Service (for example, resizing images, generating thumbnails, compressing media, optimizing for different devices and screen sizes, and generating content previews);

(c) Use your User Content in connection with the operation, maintenance, improvement, promotion, and marketing of the Service;

(d) Process your User Content through automated systems and algorithms for the purposes of content moderation, safety analysis, spam detection, media analysis, feed ranking, search indexing, and other Service operations;

(e) Archive and backup your User Content as part of our standard backup and disaster recovery processes;

(f) Sublicense the foregoing rights to our service providers, hosting partners, content delivery networks, and other third parties who assist in operating the Service, solely for the purposes described in this Section.

This license is granted solely for the purpose of enabling Krtuworks to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Service and is subject to the limitations described in this Section and our Privacy Policy.

5.4 License to Other Users

When you share User Content with other users through the Service (including posting to communities, sending messages, listing items on the marketplace, publishing housing listings, or otherwise making content accessible to other users), you grant those users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view, access, and interact with that content as intended by the functionality of the Service. This license does not include the right to download, copy, redistribute, modify, or commercialize your content outside the Service unless you explicitly authorize such use.

5.5 Your Representations and Warranties

By creating, uploading, or sharing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are the creator and owner of the User Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant the licenses described in these Terms;

(b) Your User Content does not and will not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, moral rights, or any other proprietary rights;

(c) Your User Content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations;

(d) Your User Content does not contain any viruses, malware, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other harmful or disruptive code;

(e) You have obtained all necessary consents from any identifiable individuals appearing in or referenced by your User Content, including but not limited to consent for the use of their name, likeness, image, voice, and personal information;

(f) Your User Content is not false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent;

(g) If your User Content includes or references trademarked material, you have the necessary authorization to use such material.

5.6 Confession and Anonymous Posts

The Service supports anonymous posting within designated communities ("Confession Posts"). You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) While Confession Posts appear anonymous to other users, Krtuworks retains the technical ability to identify authors for safety, content moderation, law enforcement cooperation, and legal compliance purposes;

(b) Anonymity on the Service is a feature, not a right, and does not shield you from accountability for your content or actions;

(c) Krtuworks may disclose the identity of anonymous post authors in response to valid legal process, credible threats to safety, or as otherwise required by law;

(d) Anonymous posting does not exempt you from compliance with these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law;

(e) Abuse of the anonymity feature (e.g., using it to harass, threaten, or defame others while avoiding accountability) may result in enhanced enforcement actions.

5.7 Content Removal and Moderation

Krtuworks reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to:

(a) Review, screen, filter, or monitor User Content at any time and for any reason, using automated systems, human reviewers, or a combination thereof;

(b) Remove, disable, restrict, or refuse to distribute any User Content that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law;

(c) Remove or modify User Content that is required to be removed under applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive;

(d) Take action against accounts that repeatedly post content that violates these Terms;

(e) Cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with legal processes regarding User Content.

Removal of User Content does not imply any admission or determination regarding the content's legality, accuracy, or appropriateness. We may preserve copies of removed content for evidentiary, legal compliance, or operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.

5.8 Content License Duration

The license granted in Section 5.3 continues for a commercially reasonable period after you delete your User Content or your account, solely to the extent necessary to:

(a) Complete pending operations (e.g., message delivery, notification processing, backup completion);

(b) Comply with legal obligations (e.g., law enforcement preservation requests, ongoing legal proceedings, regulatory record-keeping requirements);

(c) Maintain backup and disaster recovery copies per our retention schedule;

(d) Preserve content that has been shared, reposted, or incorporated into other users' content in ways that make complete deletion technically impracticable.

For content that has not been shared with or incorporated into the content of other users, the license terminates within a commercially reasonable period following deletion, which shall not exceed the longest applicable retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

5.9 No Backup Guarantee

Krtuworks does not guarantee the preservation, integrity, or availability of User Content. While we employ commercially reasonable backup and disaster recovery measures, we are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or deletion of User Content due to system failures, security incidents, user error, or any other cause. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any User Content that is important to you.

5.10 AI Processing of User Content

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the automated processing of User Content by AI systems for the purposes described in Section 19, including but not limited to: AI-assisted reply generation, automated media analysis, content safety screening, and spam detection. You retain all rights to your User Content as described in this Section, and such processing is conducted solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service. We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose AI models.

PART II -- COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND CONDUCT

7. Community Guidelines and Behavioral Standards

MyCampus exists to connect university communities worldwide in a safe, respectful, inclusive, and authentic environment. These Community Guidelines apply to all content, activity, and interactions on the Platform without exception, including but not limited to: posts, comments, replies, confession posts, messages (direct and group), voice and video calls, polls, marketplace listings, housing listings, profiles and bios, matching profiles, community descriptions, media uploads (images, videos, audio, files), club content (events, announcements, committees), company content (job postings, campaigns, announcements), ratings and reviews, reactions, mentions, shares, usernames, display names, avatar and banner images, status messages, and any other form of content or communication facilitated by the Service.

7.1 Core Principles

All users are expected to uphold the following principles at all times:

(a) Respect and Dignity: Treat every user with basic human dignity and respect, regardless of their background, beliefs, identity, opinions, university affiliation, nationality, language, appearance, or any other characteristic. Disagreement is natural and welcome; disrespect, cruelty, and dehumanization are not.

(b) Safety First: Prioritize the physical and emotional safety of yourself and others. Report threatening, dangerous, or concerning behavior immediately through in-app reporting tools and, where appropriate, to local law enforcement authorities.

(c) Authenticity and Honesty: Be genuine in your interactions. Do not create fake accounts, impersonate others, misrepresent your identity or affiliations, fabricate information, or engage in deceptive practices.

(d) Personal Responsibility: You are fully accountable for all content posted, actions taken, and interactions conducted under your account. Anonymity features (such as Confession Posts) do not diminish your responsibility.

(e) Good Faith Participation: Engage constructively with the community. Do not exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Platform, its features, or its users for personal gain, harassment, or malicious purposes.

(f) Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Service. The Service is not a vehicle for illegal activity.

7.2 Violence, Threats, and Incitement

(g) Content supporting, endorsing, or promoting designated terrorist organizations, violent extremist groups, organized criminal enterprises, or their activities, recruitment, propaganda, or financing;

(h) Threats to disclose personally identifiable information ("doxxing threats") as a means of intimidation or coercion.

(2) contact your local emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in Europe, 155 in Turkey, or the appropriate number for your jurisdiction); and (3) if safe to do so, preserve evidence of the threat. Krtuworks cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating credible threats.

Report harassment through in-app reporting tools with as much context and evidence as possible. If you are in physical danger or receiving credible threats, contact local law enforcement immediately. Krtuworks takes harassment reports seriously and investigates all credible reports.

(d) Krtuworks may revoke API access at any time for any reason.

9. Reporting, Content Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals

9.1 Reporting Violations

The Service provides in-app reporting tools to allow users to report content, accounts, messages, listings, or other activity that they believe violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. When you submit a report:

(a) Select the most appropriate report reason from the available categories;

(b) Provide as much additional context, evidence, and detail as possible to assist the review process, including relevant screenshots, timestamps, and descriptions;

(c) Submit reports in good faith based on a genuine belief that a violation has occurred;

(d) Understand that Krtuworks reviews reports but does not guarantee that action will be taken -- not all reported content constitutes a violation;

(e) Reporter identities are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to reported users, except where required by law.

Abuse of reporting: Submitting false, frivolous, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports (including but not limited to: mass-reporting to harass a user, reporting content you simply disagree with, weaponizing the report system against personal enemies, or filing reports to suppress legitimate speech) is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in enforcement action against the reporting account.

9.2 Content Moderation Process

Krtuworks employs a multi-layered content moderation approach combining automated systems and human review:

(a) Automated detection: Algorithmic systems scan content for potential violations including spam, known harmful content signatures, and other automated indicators. Automated systems may take immediate protective action (such as holding content for review) but do not issue account-level penalties without human review, except in cases of confirmed child exploitation material;

(b) Human review: Trained moderators review reported content and content flagged by automated systems. Moderators consider context, intent, severity, and these Guidelines when making decisions;

(c) Prioritization: Reports involving immediate safety concerns (credible threats, CSAM, self-harm crises) are prioritized for urgent review;

(d) Confidentiality: Details of moderation processes, moderator identities, and internal decision-making rationales are confidential;

(e) Consistency: Krtuworks strives for consistent enforcement but acknowledges that moderation decisions involve judgment calls. Identical content may be treated differently based on context.

9.3 Enforcement Tiers and Consequences

Violations of these Terms result in consequences proportionate to the severity, frequency, and nature of the violation. The following tiers serve as a general framework; Krtuworks reserves the right to skip tiers or impose any appropriate consequence based on the circumstances:

Tier 1 -- Minor (First Offense or Low Severity):

Tier 2 -- Moderate (Repeated Minor or Moderate Severity):

Tier 3 -- Serious (Repeated Moderate or Serious Severity):

Tier 4 -- Severe (Extreme Severity or Repeated Serious Violations):

Factors considered in enforcement decisions: Nature and severity of the violation; whether the violation was intentional, negligent, or accidental; harm caused or potential for harm; context and circumstances surrounding the violation; the user's violation history and account standing; whether the user has demonstrated willingness to comply with guidelines; applicable legal requirements; and any mitigating or aggravating circumstances.

9.4 Account Restrictions and Feature Limitations

In addition to the enforcement tiers above, Krtuworks may impose targeted restrictions on specific account capabilities, including but not limited to:

(a) Messaging restrictions (inability to send new messages or start new conversations);

(b) Posting restrictions (inability to create new posts or comments);

(c) Voting restrictions (inability to upvote or downvote content);

(d) Marketplace restrictions (inability to create or manage listings);

(e) Matching restrictions (removal from the matching pool);

(f) Community restrictions (removal from specific communities or inability to join new ones);

(g) Rate limit reductions (reduced limits for API access, posting, messaging, or other features);

(h) Content visibility restrictions (reduced distribution of content in feeds and search results).

9.5 Notifications of Enforcement Actions

When Krtuworks takes an enforcement action on your account or content, you will be notified through available channels (in-app notification, push notification, or email) with the following information:

(a) The nature of the enforcement action taken;

(b) A general description of the violation;

(c) The duration of any temporary restrictions (where applicable);

(d) Information about the appeals process (where applicable);

(e) Relevant resources or guidelines to help you understand and avoid future violations.

For immediate safety actions (emergency removal of credible threats, CSAM, or content requiring urgent action), notification may be delayed or abbreviated.

9.6 Appeals Process

You may appeal most moderation decisions through the in-app appeals process. The appeals process is designed to provide a fair opportunity for reconsideration:

(a) Initiation: Submit an appeal within thirty (30) days of the enforcement action through the designated appeals interface;

(b) Grounds: Explain clearly and specifically why you believe the enforcement decision was incorrect, including any relevant context, evidence, or mitigating circumstances that you believe were not considered;

(c) Review: Appeals are reviewed by a moderator or team member who was not involved in the original decision, where practicable. The reviewer considers the original decision, the appeal submission, applicable guidelines, and any additional context;

(d) One appeal per action: You are entitled to one (1) appeal per enforcement action. Submitting multiple appeals for the same action, harassing moderators about decisions, or abusing the appeals process may result in additional enforcement action;

(e) Timeline: Krtuworks aims to resolve appeals within fourteen (14) business days, though complex cases may require additional time;

(f) Outcomes: The appeal may result in: full reversal of the enforcement action; partial modification of the enforcement action (e.g., reduced suspension duration); or affirmation of the original decision;

(g) Finality: Appeal decisions are final. No further internal review is available for the same enforcement action, without prejudice to your legal rights;

(h) No appeals for certain violations: Permanent bans resulting from Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), terrorism-related content, or credible and specific threats of imminent violence are not subject to the appeals process.

9.7 Law Enforcement Cooperation

Krtuworks cooperates with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. We may disclose user data, content, and account information in response to:

(a) Valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and preservation requests issued by courts or law enforcement agencies of competent jurisdiction;

(b) Emergency requests involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, where we believe in good faith that immediate disclosure is necessary;

(c) Mandatory reporting obligations, including but not limited to reporting of CSAM to NCMEC, reporting of terrorist content, and other legally mandated disclosures;

(d) Any other circumstances where disclosure is required by applicable law.

We will attempt to notify affected users of legal requests for their data unless prohibited by law, court order, or where notification would jeopardize an investigation or endanger safety.

9.8 Transparency

Krtuworks is committed to transparency in its moderation practices. We may publish periodic transparency reports containing aggregated information about content moderation actions, report volumes, enforcement trends, government requests, and policy developments, consistent with our legal obligations and operational constraints.

PART III -- CORE FEATURE TERMS

10. Communities, Categories, and University Groups

10.1 Community Structure

The Service organizes content within hierarchical community structures tied to universities and organizations. Communities serve as the primary organizational unit for content, discussion, and interaction. Each university or organization has a root community with subcommunities organized by category type. You acknowledge that:

(a) Community availability, structure, and categories are determined by Krtuworks and may vary by university, organization type, and geographic region;

(b) Some communities are created automatically by Krtuworks (e.g., university root communities, department communities, course communities) while others may be created by users with appropriate permissions (e.g., clubs);

(c) Community membership may be automatic (based on university affiliation), voluntary (through joining), or restricted (requiring approval);

(d) Community content is generally visible to members of the associated university, but visibility rules may vary by community type and settings;

(e) Krtuworks may merge, split, archive, rename, recategorize, or remove communities at its discretion for organizational, safety, or operational reasons.

10.2 Community Categories

Communities are organized by category types that determine their purpose, available features, and behavioral expectations. Current category types include, but are not limited to:

(a) General ("gen"): Open discussion communities for university-wide or topic-specific conversations;

(b) Confessions ("cfs"): Anonymous posting communities where author identities are concealed from other users (see Section 5.6);

(c) Courses ("cou"): Academic course-specific communities with course ratings, instructor references, and academic discussion features;

(d) Professors ("pro"): Professor and instructor-specific communities with professor ratings, course associations, and academic review features;

(e) Dormitories ("dor"): Housing and dormitory communities with location, capacity, and facility information;

(f) Clubs ("clu"): Student organization and club communities with governance, events, and membership management features (see Section 17);

(g) Company subcategories ("sub"): Business content categories within Company Accounts including announcements, job postings, internships, campaigns, events, products and services, housing, general discussion, and reviews (see Section 18);

(h) Root communities ("uni" / "com"): Top-level communities representing universities or companies.

10.3 Community Membership and Roles

Community membership is structured with different levels of access and responsibility:

(a) Members: Users who have joined a community and can view content, post (subject to community settings), comment, vote, and participate in community activities;

(b) Followers: Users who follow a community to receive content in their feed without full membership privileges. Follower status is particularly relevant for cross-university engagement with Company communities;

(c) Moderators: Users with elevated permissions to manage community content, including the ability to remove or approve posts, manage member access, and enforce community-specific rules;

(d) Community administrators: Users with full management control over community settings, roles, descriptions, and organizational structure.

10.4 Community Moderation and Content Approval

Individual communities may implement content approval workflows where new posts require moderator review before becoming visible to other members. You acknowledge that:

(a) Content approval requirements vary by community and may be applied to all members or specific members based on their standing;

(b) Submitted content awaiting approval is visible only to the author and community moderators/administrators;

(c) Moderators may approve, reject, or request modification of pending content;

(d) Rejection of content by a community moderator does not necessarily constitute a Platform-wide violation;

(e) Krtuworks is not responsible for delays or decisions in community-level content moderation.

10.5 Community History and Accountability

Krtuworks maintains history records of significant community changes, including description edits, setting modifications, moderator actions, and organizational changes. These records support accountability, dispute resolution, and the ability to review and potentially reverse changes.

10.6 Cross-University Content Visibility

Certain content types may be visible across university boundaries:

(a) Company content: Posts from verified Company Accounts may be targeted to and visible at multiple universities (see Section 18);

(b) Trending content: Content identified as trending may be displayed in cross-university discovery feeds;

(c) Search results: Content may appear in search results for users outside the originating community, subject to privacy settings and community visibility rules;

(d) Profile content: Public profile information may be visible to users from other universities who visit your profile.

11. Posts, Comments, Polls, and Engagement Features

11.1 Content Creation

The Service enables you to create, publish, and share various forms of content. When creating content, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) All content you create is subject to these Terms, the Community Guidelines (Section 7), and the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8);

(b) Content may be processed by automated systems for safety screening, spam detection, media analysis, engagement scoring, feed ranking, and other operational purposes;

(c) Content may be cached, indexed, and stored across multiple systems and geographic locations as part of normal Service operations;

(d) Content you post to public or semi-public communities may be viewed by other users, indexed by internal search systems, and included in algorithmic feeds;

(e) Once published, content may be interacted with by other users (voted on, commented on, shared, saved, mentioned, reported), and such interactions cannot be retroactively prevented except by deleting the original content;

(f) Krtuworks does not guarantee content delivery, visibility, reach, or engagement levels.

11.2 Post Types and Features

Posts on the Service may include the following elements and features:

(a) Text content: Written content with optional title, supporting formatted text;

(b) Media attachments: Images, videos, and other supported media files, subject to file type restrictions, size limits, and content policies (see Section 22);

(c) Location tagging: Optional geographic location or address associated with a post;

(d) Polls: Embedded polls with multiple options and vote tracking, with optional expiration dates;

(e) Ratings: Numeric ratings (0.5-5.0 scale in 0.5 increments) for courses, professors, clubs, companies, and marketplace sellers, depending on the community category;

(f) Confession mode: Anonymous posting within designated communities (see Section 5.6);

(g) Marketplace mode: Commercial listings with pricing, categories, and transaction features (see Section 15);

(h) Housing mode: Housing and roommate listings with property details and preferences (see Section 16);

(i) Mentions: References to other users using the @username format, which trigger notifications to mentioned users;

(j) Post controls: Author controls including comment toggling (enable/disable comments), AI response toggling (enable/disable Gossi replies), post locking, pinning, and deletion.

11.3 Comments and Threaded Replies

The comment system supports multi-level threaded discussions. You acknowledge that:

(a) Comments are subject to the same content policies as posts;

(b) Comment threading may be limited by depth settings configured per post or community;

(c) Comments on confession posts inherit anonymity protections for the original post author (the post author's comments appear anonymous to other users);

(d) Comments may receive votes (upvotes and downvotes) from other users;

(e) Deleting a parent comment does not automatically delete its replies -- reply content persists but the parent reference indicates deletion;

(f) Authors of posts may disable comments on their posts at any time.

11.4 Voting System (Upvotes and Downvotes)

The Service implements a voting system that allows users to express approval (upvote) or disapproval (downvote) of posts and comments. You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Votes are used as inputs to content ranking algorithms and may affect content visibility in feeds;

(b) Vote counts (upvotes and downvotes) are publicly visible on content;

(c) Individual user votes are not publicly attributed -- other users cannot see who voted on specific content;

(d) Manipulating votes through multiple accounts, coordinated voting rings, automated tools, or any other artificial means is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action against all participating accounts;

(e) Krtuworks may implement anti-abuse measures including vote debouncing, rate limiting, and reconciliation to maintain voting integrity;

(f) AI features (Gossi) may cast votes on content as part of their engagement behavior -- such votes are treated identically to human votes and contribute to engagement metrics;

(g) Votes are stored as authoritative data in our caching infrastructure and periodically synchronized to our persistent database. In rare cases of system inconsistency, Krtuworks may reconcile vote counts, which could result in minor adjustments to displayed counts.

11.5 Content Sharing and Saving

You may save posts for later viewing and share posts through direct messages. You acknowledge that:

(a) Saving a post creates a private bookmark visible only to you;

(b) Sharing a post through messaging sends a reference to the post -- the recipient views the post subject to their own access permissions;

(c) Post authors receive anonymous notifications when their content is saved;

(d) Post authors receive notifications when their content is shared in messages;

(e) Saved and shared content remains subject to deletion by the original author or removal by moderators.

11.6 Content Deletion and Soft Delete

When you delete content (posts or comments):

(a) Content is immediately "soft deleted" -- removed from active display and feeds but retained in our systems;

(b) Soft-deleted content is permanently hard-deleted after thirty (30) days;

(c) During the soft-delete period, content may be restored by Krtuworks in connection with safety investigations, legal processes, or appeals;

(d) Content that has been shared, quoted, or incorporated into other users' content (e.g., replies, shares, screenshots) may persist independently of the original;

(e) Deletion of a post does not automatically delete associated comments, votes, or other interactions;

(f) Krtuworks is not responsible for content that has been copied, screenshotted, or otherwise captured by other users before deletion.

11.7 Ratings and Reviews

Where the Service enables ratings (for courses, professors, clubs, companies, or marketplace sellers), you agree that:

(a) Ratings must be based on your genuine, first-hand experience;

(b) Ratings must not be submitted for the purpose of harassment, retaliation, defamation, or manipulation;

(c) You may not solicit, purchase, sell, or exchange ratings or reviews;

(d) Krtuworks reserves the right to aggregate, display, or remove ratings at its discretion;

(e) Rating data may be used to calculate averages, rankings, and quality scores displayed to other users;

(f) Submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or retaliatory ratings is a violation of these Terms.

11.8 Engagement Metrics and Visibility

Content visibility and distribution are influenced by engagement metrics and algorithmic ranking. You acknowledge that:

(a) Krtuworks does not guarantee any particular level of visibility, reach, distribution, or engagement for any content;

(b) Algorithmic feeds prioritize content based on multiple signals including engagement rates, recency, relevance, community activity, and user interaction history;

(c) You may choose between algorithmic and chronological feed modes;

(d) "Trending" designations are determined by algorithms based on engagement velocity and volume relative to the community, and do not represent editorial endorsement;

(e) Content distribution may be affected by enforcement actions, community settings, blocking relationships, user preferences (including "not interested" signals), and other factors.

12. Direct and Group Messaging

12.1 Messaging Services

The Service provides private communication features including one-on-one direct messages and group conversations. Messaging is provided as a convenience feature and is subject to the following terms:

(a) Messages are for personal and legitimate communications consistent with the purposes of the Service;

(b) All content policies, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policies apply fully to messages and messaging behavior;

(c) Messaging features may be subject to rate limits, recipient limits, group size limits, and other operational restrictions;

(d) Krtuworks may modify, restrict, or discontinue messaging features at any time.

12.2 Message Content Types

Messages may include the following content types, subject to applicable file size limits, format restrictions, and content policies:

(a) Text messages with formatting;

(b) Images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC);

(c) Videos (MP4, WebM, MOV);

(d) Voice notes and audio messages;

(e) Files and documents;

(f) Location sharing;

(g) Post sharing (sharing references to Platform content);

(h) Contact information sharing;

(i) Emoji reactions on individual messages;

(j) Reply threading (quoting and replying to specific messages within a conversation).

12.3 Message Storage, Delivery, and Processing

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Messages are transmitted through and stored on Krtuworks servers for the purpose of delivery, synchronization, and Service operation;

(b) Messages are not end-to-end encrypted by default. While all data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and messages may be stored with additional encryption at rest, Krtuworks has the technical ability to access message content for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy;

(c) Automated systems may scan, analyze, or process message content for the following purposes: spam detection and prevention, malware and malicious link detection, policy violation detection, content safety screening, and other automated safety measures;

(d) Message content may be reviewed by human moderators only when:

(i) a participant reports the message through in-app reporting tools;

(ii) automated systems flag potential safety concerns;

(iii) required by valid legal process; or (iv) necessary to investigate credible threats to safety;

(e) Message delivery depends on network conditions, device availability, push notification settings, and Service availability. Krtuworks does not guarantee real-time or successful delivery of any message;

(f) Read receipts and delivery status indicators are provided as convenience features and may not always accurately reflect the recipient's awareness of or engagement with a message.

12.4 Message Deletion and Retention

When you delete messages:

(a) Deleted messages are "soft deleted" -- removed from your view and marked for deletion;

(b) Soft-deleted messages are permanently hard-deleted (including associated media attachments) after thirty (30) days;

(c) Deleting a message from your side does not delete it from the recipient's view (messages are deleted per-participant);

(d) Message metadata (sender, recipient, timestamp, delivery status) may be retained for a limited period after content deletion for operational and legal purposes;

(e) Messages involved in active reports, investigations, or legal proceedings may be preserved beyond normal retention periods;

(f) Krtuworks is not responsible for messages that have been saved, copied, screenshotted, forwarded, or otherwise preserved by recipients before deletion.

12.5 Group Conversations

Group messaging features are subject to the following additional terms:

(a) Group creators and administrators have the ability to add members, remove members, assign roles (administrator, member), and transfer group ownership;

(b) Group size is subject to maximum participant limits set by Krtuworks;

(c) Group names, descriptions, and avatars are subject to content policies and must not violate these Terms;

(d) Being removed from a group conversation does not delete your previously sent messages from other participants' views;

(e) Group administrators are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct within their groups, though Krtuworks retains ultimate moderation authority;

(f) System messages (member additions, removals, role changes, ownership transfers) are automatically generated and visible to all group participants.

12.6 Messaging Restrictions and Blocking

The following restrictions apply to messaging:

(a) Users who have been blocked cannot send messages to the blocking user, and vice versa;

(b) Users under messaging restrictions (imposed through enforcement actions) may be unable to send messages, start new conversations, or access certain messaging features for the duration of the restriction;

(c) Company Accounts may configure direct message preferences (accepting messages from all users, verified users only, or no direct messages) through their Company DM settings;

(d) Krtuworks may restrict messaging capabilities for accounts exhibiting spam-like, abusive, or suspicious messaging patterns;

(e) The Service does not support messaging to users who have deleted their accounts or been permanently banned.

12.7 Messaging Privacy

Messages are treated as private communications between participants. However, privacy is not absolute:

(a) Recipients may choose to save, copy, screenshot, forward, or otherwise share your messages outside the conversation;

(b) Reported messages are reviewed by moderators;

(c) Messages may be disclosed in response to valid legal process;

(d) Automated safety systems process messages as described in Section 12.3;

(e) Metadata about your messaging activity (who you message, when, how often) is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy;

(f) Even after message deletion, metadata may persist as described in Section 12.4.

13. Voice and Video Calls

13.1 Call Services

The Service provides real-time voice and video calling functionality between users, facilitated through third-party infrastructure provided by Voice and video call provider ("call infrastructure provider"). By using call features, you agree to the following:

(a) Call quality, reliability, and availability depend on your network connection, device capabilities, third-party infrastructure availability, and other factors outside Krtuworks's control;

(b) Calls are facilitated through call infrastructure provider's global infrastructure. Call media (audio and video streams) is processed by call infrastructure provider's servers for routing and delivery purposes;

(c) Krtuworks does not record call audio or video content. We do not store recordings of your calls, and calls are not available for playback after they end;

(d) Call metadata is collected for service quality, safety, and operational purposes, including: call duration, call participants, call initiation and termination timestamps, call type (audio or video), and network quality indicators;

(e) All content policies and behavioral standards apply to voice and video calls. Verbal threats, harassment, hate speech, and other violations communicated through calls are subject to the same enforcement as written content;

(f) Call features require active device permissions (microphone for voice calls, camera and microphone for video calls). Denying these permissions will prevent use of call features.

13.2 Call Initiation and Notifications

When you initiate a call:

(a) The recipient receives push notifications alerting them to the incoming call. Call notifications may repeat at intervals for a limited period (approximately 30 seconds) to ensure the recipient is alerted;

(b) If the recipient does not answer within the notification window, the call is marked as missed;

(c) Rate limiting applies to call initiation to prevent abuse (maximum number of call requests per minute);

(d) Only users who are participants in the same conversation may initiate calls with each other;

(e) Blocked users cannot initiate or receive calls with each other.

13.3 Call Security and Token Management

Call access is managed through temporary, cryptographically generated access tokens:

(a) Call tokens are valid for a limited duration (currently thirty (30) minutes) and expire automatically;

(b) Each user receives a unique identifier (UID) within the call infrastructure;

(c) Token generation is rate-limited to prevent abuse;

(d) Only authenticated users who are members of the relevant conversation may obtain call tokens.

13.4 No Emergency Services

THE SERVICE DOES NOT AND IS NOT INTENDED TO SUPPORT OR PROVIDE ACCESS TO EMERGENCY SERVICES OR EMERGENCY CALLING (INCLUDING 911, 112, 999, 155, OR ANY OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICE NUMBER IN ANY JURISDICTION). You must not rely on the Service for emergency communications. In an emergency, use your device's native phone or messaging capabilities, or contact emergency services through other means. Krtuworks shall not be liable for any failure to connect to emergency services through the Service.

13.5 Third-Party Infrastructure

Call features rely on third-party call infrastructure for real-time media processing and delivery. By using call features, you acknowledge that:

(a) Call media transits through call infrastructure provider's servers located in various jurisdictions worldwide;

(b) call infrastructure provider's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to their processing of call media;

(c) Krtuworks is not responsible for call infrastructure provider's infrastructure availability, performance, security practices, or data handling;

(d) Krtuworks may change the third-party call infrastructure provider at any time, which may affect call features, quality, or availability.

14. Matching and Discovery (Quickmatch)

14.1 Overview

Quickmatch is an optional feature that allows users to discover and connect with other users based on profile compatibility, shared interests, and optionally proximity. Quickmatch is designed for social purposes including friendship, dating, networking, and general social discovery within the university community.

14.2 Matching Profiles

To participate in Quickmatch, you create a separate matching profile that may include:

(a) Age (derived from your birth date);

(b) Gender and gender identity;

(c) Biographical information and personal description;

(d) Interests and hobbies;

(e) Profile photos;

(f) "Looking for" preferences (friendship, dating, networking, etc.);

(g) Maximum distance preference (when location sharing is enabled);

(h) University affiliation.

You represent that all information in your matching profile is truthful, accurate, current, and not misleading. Profile photos must depict you and must comply with all content policies. Using fake, stolen, AI-generated, or misleading photos in your matching profile is prohibited.

14.3 Matching Algorithm and Swipe Mechanics

The matching system operates as follows:

(a) Users are presented with profiles of other users based on algorithmic selection considering compatibility factors, preferences, location (when shared), university affiliation, and other signals;

(b) You may express interest ("like," "super-like") or decline ("pass") presented profiles through swipe mechanics;

(c) A "match" occurs when two users mutually express interest;

(d) Daily swipe limits apply and may vary. Krtuworks reserves the right to adjust swipe limits at any time;

(e) Matching algorithms are proprietary and Krtuworks does not disclose the specific factors, weights, or logic used in matching decisions;

(f) Krtuworks does not guarantee matches, compatibility, or the quality of interactions.

14.4 Location-Based Matching

Location sharing within Quickmatch is entirely optional and requires your explicit, affirmative consent:

(a) When enabled, your precise GPS location (latitude and longitude) is used to calculate distance between you and other users for proximity-based matching;

(b) Other users may see your approximate distance but never your exact coordinates;

(c) Location sharing is required for Quickmatch discovery. You may disable location sharing at any time through your device settings or the app, but doing so will remove you from the matching pool -- you will not appear in other users' discovery feeds and will not be able to discover other users until location sharing is re-enabled;

(d) Location data is updated when you actively use the matching feature and is stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

14.5 Safety Acknowledgments

By using Quickmatch, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Krtuworks does not conduct background checks, criminal history screenings, identity verifications (beyond university email verification), or character assessments of users. Matching does not constitute a safety endorsement of any user by Krtuworks;

(b) You are solely responsible for evaluating the character, intentions, trustworthiness, and safety of anyone you interact with through Quickmatch;

(c) Krtuworks is not responsible for the conduct, behavior, actions, or representations of any user you encounter through matching features, whether on or off the Platform;

(d) Matches are generated by algorithms based on limited profile data and do not guarantee compatibility, shared values, good intentions, or safety;

(e) You should exercise caution, judgment, and common sense in all interactions initiated through Quickmatch, including but not limited to: meeting in public places; informing a trusted person of your plans; never sharing financial information; never sending money to someone you met through the Service; and trusting your instincts -- if something feels wrong, it probably is;

(f) Krtuworks strongly recommends against sharing your home address, workplace, daily routine, financial information, or other sensitive personal information with matches until you have established a sufficient level of trust through your own judgment;

(g) Report any concerning, threatening, fraudulent, or unsafe behavior immediately through in-app reporting tools and, where appropriate, to local law enforcement.

14.6 Matching Conduct

In addition to the general Community Guidelines, users of Quickmatch specifically agree not to:

(a) Use Quickmatch for commercial purposes, solicitation, advertising, recruitment, or any non-social purpose;

(b) Create fake, misleading, or catfishing profiles;

(c) Engage in romance scams, sextortion, or financial exploitation through matching features;

(d) Persistently contact or harass users who have unmatched you, rejected your advances, or indicated disinterest;

(e) Use matching features while under a minimum age requirement or while misrepresenting your age;

(f) Collect, screenshot, or distribute other users' matching profile information, photos, or conversations without their consent.

14.7 Matching Data and Privacy

Your matching profile data, swipe history, match records, and related interaction data are collected, stored, and used as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your matching profile at any time through your account settings, which removes your profile from the matching pool and deletes your swipe history. Existing matches and associated conversations may persist until manually deleted.

15. Marketplace (Buy and Sell)

15.1 Platform Role and Disclaimer

The Marketplace feature connects buyers and sellers within the university community. KRTUWORKS ACTS SOLELY AS A PLATFORM AND INTERMEDIARY. KRTUWORKS IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS. We do not own, manufacture, produce, store, ship, inspect, verify, endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any goods or services listed, offered, sold, purchased, or exchanged through the Marketplace. All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller. Krtuworks's role is limited to providing the technology platform that facilitates the connection between buyers and sellers.

15.2 Marketplace Categories

Marketplace listings are organized into predefined categories. Current categories include, but are not limited to: Electronics, Books, Home, Clothing, Beauty, Transport, Hobby, Events, Food, and Other. Krtuworks may add, modify, merge, or remove categories at any time. You must list items in the most appropriate and accurate category.

15.3 Seller Obligations and Representations

If you list items or services for sale on the Marketplace, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

(a) You are the legal owner of the item or are authorized by the owner to sell it, and the item is free of liens, encumbrances, and competing claims;

(b) All listing information (title, description, price, currency, condition, photographs, and other details) is accurate, truthful, complete, and not misleading;

(c) Photographs depict the actual item being offered (not stock photos, generic images, or images of different items) and accurately represent the item's current condition;

(d) You will fulfill orders promptly and as described in the listing;

(e) The item complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the buyer's jurisdiction, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, product safety regulations, import/export restrictions, and tax obligations;

(f) You will respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and honest manner;

(g) You will not engage in deceptive pricing practices, bait-and-switch tactics, or any form of commercial fraud;

(h) You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, fees, and compliance obligations related to your sales activity;

(i) You acknowledge that Krtuworks may display your marketplace rating, sales history, and review scores to other users as part of the trust and safety system.

15.4 Prohibited Listings

The following items and services are strictly prohibited from being listed on the Marketplace. This list is non-exhaustive, and Krtuworks reserves the right to remove any listing that it determines to be inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these Terms:

(a) Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and substances regulated under the Controlled Substances Act or equivalent laws in applicable jurisdictions;

(b) Prescription medications, pharmaceutical products requiring a prescription, and unregulated supplements making medical claims;

(c) Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, destructive devices, and weapon accessories or modifications;

(m) Human body parts, organs, bodily fluids, or biological specimens;

(n) Items that require a government license or certification to sell, unless the seller holds such license;

(o) Multi-level marketing products, pyramid scheme memberships, or get-rich-quick schemes;

(p) Tobacco, nicotine products, vaping products, and alcohol (unless the seller complies with all applicable licensing and age verification requirements, which Krtuworks does not facilitate);

(q) Gambling services, lottery tickets, or games of chance;

(r) Any item or service prohibited by applicable law in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction.

15.5 Buyer Obligations

(f) Accept responsibility for your purchasing decisions -- Krtuworks does not verify listing accuracy or item quality.

15.6 QR-Based Transaction Verification

The Marketplace provides a QR code-based verification system to confirm that in-person exchanges have taken place:

(a) When a buyer initiates a purchase request, a unique QR code is generated and associated with the transaction;

(b) Upon meeting in person and exchanging the item, the seller scans the buyer's QR code to confirm that the exchange has occurred;

(c) QR verification serves as a mutual confirmation record and updates the transaction status within the Platform;

(d) QR codes are unique per transaction and include cryptographic nonces for security;

(e) Misuse of the QR verification system (e.g., scanning without actual exchange of goods) constitutes fraud and is subject to enforcement action;

(f) When integrated payment processing is introduced in the future, QR verification may additionally trigger payment release, escrow management, and automated refund processes. Updated terms will be provided at that time.

15.7 Ratings and Reviews

After a marketplace transaction, participants may rate and review each other:

(a) Ratings use a 0.5 to 5.0 scale in 0.5-point increments;

(b) Ratings and reviews must be honest, based on genuine transaction experience, and not retaliatory, defamatory, or fraudulent;

(c) Marketplace rating history is displayed on user profiles and contributes to trust and safety signals;

(d) Krtuworks reserves the right to remove fraudulent, retaliatory, or policy-violating ratings;

(e) You may not offer incentives (discounts, gifts, refunds) in exchange for positive ratings.

15.8 Marketplace Access

Marketplace features are generally available to users who are members of the same university community as the listing, or to Company Accounts that target the relevant university. Krtuworks may restrict marketplace access based on account standing, verification status, or other criteria.

15.9 Transaction Disputes

Disputes between buyers and sellers are the sole responsibility of the transacting parties. Krtuworks:

(a) Is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for resolving disputes;

(b) May, at its sole discretion, provide limited mediation assistance but is under no obligation to do so;

(c) May take enforcement action against users who engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive marketplace behavior;

(d) Reserves the right to suspend marketplace privileges for users with patterns of disputes, complaints, or policy violations.

15.10 Marketplace Disclaimer

KRTUWORKS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, ACCURACY, AUTHENTICITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF ANY MARKETPLACE LISTING, ITEM, OR SERVICE. ALL MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS ARE CONDUCTED AT THE SOLE RISK OF THE PARTICIPATING USERS. KRTUWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, OR DISPUTE ARISING FROM MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS. 16.6 Safety Recommendations

When engaging with housing listings, we strongly recommend:

(a) Visit properties in person before making any financial commitment;

(b) Never send deposits, rent payments, or application fees before seeing the property and verifying the landlord's identity and ownership/authorization;

(c) Be cautious of listings that appear too good to be true, especially significantly below-market pricing;

(d) Verify the identity and authorization of the person you are dealing with;

(e) Use secure payment methods and obtain receipts for all payments;

Clubs are subject to the following restrictions:

(a) Clubs created for the purpose of violating these Terms, promoting hatred, harassment, illegal activity, or any prohibited content will be immediately removed, and participating members may face enforcement action;

(b) Club names, descriptions, and branding must not be misleading, offensive, or violate any third party's intellectual property rights;

(c) Clubs may not engage in unauthorized commercial activity, fundraising (unless in compliance with university and local regulations), or financial transactions outside designated Platform features;

(d) Club governance disputes between officers are the responsibility of the club members and, where applicable, the university's student organization oversight body. Krtuworks may intervene in governance disputes only where Platform policies are being violated.

17.7 Club Data and Dissolution

When a club is dissolved, archived, or removed:

(a) Club content (posts, comments, events, announcements) may be archived or removed based on the circumstances;

(b) Club membership records, role assignments, and governance history are retained per our data retention schedule;

(c) Dissolution does not affect individual members' Platform accounts or standing;

(d) Krtuworks reserves the right to dissolve clubs that are inactive for extended periods, have no active officers, or are in persistent violation of these Terms.

18. Company and Business Accounts

18.1 Overview

The Service supports Company Accounts that enable businesses and organizations to establish a presence within the university ecosystem. Company Accounts are distinct from individual university-affiliated accounts and operate under additional terms, conditions, and restrictions described in this Section. Company Accounts are currently available at no additional cost, though Krtuworks reserves the right to introduce pricing tiers or premium features in the future with reasonable advance notice.

18.2 Company Account Structure

Company Accounts operate with a hierarchical multi-user structure:

(a) Owner (OWNER): The primary account holder with full administrative control over the company presence, including the ability to create and manage Admin and Poster sub-accounts, configure company settings, manage verification, and control all company content. Each company has exactly one Owner account. The Owner account may freeze, suspend, or close the entire company operation;

(b) Administrator (ADMIN): Sub-accounts with elevated permissions including content management, account creation (Poster accounts only), company settings modification (limited), and analytics access. Admin accounts are created and managed by the Owner;

(c) Poster (POSTER): Sub-accounts with limited permissions restricted to content creation and publication within designated company categories. Poster accounts cannot create other accounts, modify company settings, or access analytics;

(d) Account hierarchy: Sub-accounts (Admin, Poster) are linked to the Owner account through a parent-child relationship. If the Owner account is suspended, frozen, or terminated, all linked sub-accounts are also affected;

(e) Account switching: Users with multiple roles (e.g., a personal university account and a company Poster account) may switch between accounts within the application.

18.3 Company Registration and Information

When creating a Company Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

(a) Company or organization name;

(b) Company type or industry classification;

(c) Contact information (phone number, email address, physical address);

(d) Website (if applicable);

(e) Any additional information required by the registration process or verification procedures.

You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current. You must promptly update company information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent company information is grounds for immediate account termination.

18.4 Company Verification and Trust Tiers

Company Accounts are subject to a tiered verification system that determines access to certain features:

(a) Unverified (NONE): Default status for new Company Accounts. Unverified companies have access to basic categories (Announcements, General, Events, Campaigns, Ratings) but are restricted from categories that require higher trust (Job Postings, Internships, Products & Services, Housing);

(b) Verified (VERIFIED): Companies that have submitted verification documents and passed review. Verified companies have access to all nine content categories;

(c) Official (OFFICIAL): Enhanced verification tier for established organizations with additional trust signals;

(d) Enterprise (ENTERPRISE): Highest verification tier with full platform capabilities and enhanced visibility.

18.5 Verification Process

To apply for verification:

(a) Submit a verification request through the Company Account dashboard, including required documentation (business registration certificates, government-issued identification, authorization letters, or other documents as specified);

(b) Upload supporting documents (up to five (5) files per request) through the secure document submission system;

(c) Verification requests are reviewed by the Krtuworks trust and safety team. Review decisions (approval or rejection with reason) are communicated through in-app notifications;

(d) Approved verification is subject to periodic review. Krtuworks may revoke verification at any time if the company no longer meets requirements, provides false information, or violates these Terms;

(e) Verification documents are reviewed and deleted from our systems after the decision is made. Documents are not retained beyond the review period except where required by law.

18.6 Company Content Categories

Each Company Account has access to nine (9) fixed content categories, subject to verification tier restrictions:

(a) Announcements: Company news, updates, and official communications;

(b) Job Postings (JOBS): Full-time, part-time, and contract employment opportunities. Requires verification;

(c) Internship Opportunities (INTERNSHIPS): Internship positions and programs. Requires verification;

(d) Campaigns & Promotions (CAMPAIGNS): Marketing campaigns, promotional offers, discounts, and special events;

(e) Company Events (EVENTS): Events organized or sponsored by the company;

(f) Products & Services (BUYSELL): Goods and services offered by the company. Requires verification;

(g) Housing & Roommates (FINDROOM): Company-associated housing opportunities. Requires verification;

(h) General Discussion (GENERAL): Open discussions related to the company;

(i) Reviews & Ratings (RATINGS): User reviews and ratings of the company (0.5-5.0 scale).

18.7 Cross-University Posting

Company Accounts may target content to multiple universities through the cross-posting feature:

(a) Content can be simultaneously published to communities at multiple universities;

(b) Each target university's members see the content in their own feed and community;

(c) Cross-posting is subject to rate limits and content policies;

(d) Cross-posted content must comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines at all target universities;

(e) Krtuworks may restrict cross-posting capabilities based on verification tier, account standing, or content quality.

18.8 Company Account Obligations

Company Account holders agree to:

(a) Comply with all applicable laws regarding commercial communications, advertising, employment postings, and consumer protection, in every jurisdiction where their content is visible;

(b) Clearly and accurately represent their company, products, services, and offerings;

(c) Not engage in deceptive, misleading, or manipulative marketing practices;

(d) Respect user privacy and not use Platform data for unauthorized marketing, profiling, or commercial purposes;

(e) Respond to user inquiries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner;

(f) Not use Company Account features to circumvent individual account policies, rate limits, or enforcement actions;

(g) Ensure that all sub-account users (Admins and Posters) comply with these Terms and are authorized to act on behalf of the company;

(h) Accept full responsibility for all content posted through any Company Account sub-account.

18.9 Company Ratings and Reviews

Users may rate and review Company Accounts:

(a) Company ratings use a 0.5 to 5.0 scale in 0.5-point increments;

(b) Average company ratings and review counts are publicly displayed;

(c) Companies may not solicit, purchase, fabricate, suppress, or manipulate ratings;

(d) Companies may not retaliate against users who leave negative reviews;

(e) Reviews that violate content policies (harassment, spam, fraud) may be removed through standard moderation processes.

18.10 Company DM Preferences

Company Accounts may configure direct message preferences:

(a) All: Accept direct messages from any user;

(b) Verified only: Accept direct messages only from verified users;

18.11 Company Account Closure and Freeze

When a Company Account is closed or frozen:

(a) All sub-accounts (Admin and Poster) linked to the company are simultaneously affected;

(b) All company content remains visible unless specifically removed;

(c) The Owner may reactivate a frozen company within applicable time limits;

(d) Non-owner sub-account users cannot independently reactivate their accounts -- the Owner must reactivate the company first;

(e) Permanent closure of a Company Account follows the standard account deletion process, including applicable grace periods and data retention obligations.

18.12 Company Account Disclaimer

KRTUWORKS DOES NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY THE CLAIMS OF, GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OF, OR ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COMPANY ACCOUNT OR ITS OPERATORS. VERIFICATION TIERS INDICATE COMPLETION OF A DOCUMENTATION REVIEW PROCESS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE AN ENDORSEMENT, CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY, OR GUARANTEE OF LEGITIMACY. USERS INTERACT WITH COMPANY ACCOUNTS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND SHOULD EXERCISE INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT.

PART IV -- AI, ALGORITHM, AND TECHNOLOGY TERMS

19. AI-Assisted Features and Gossi

19.1 Overview of AI Features

The Service incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") and machine learning technologies to provide enhanced features and functionality. The primary AI-assisted features include:

(a) Gossi: An AI-powered conversational agent that operates as a named bot user ("@gossi") within the Platform. Gossi responds to user mentions in posts and comments, provides contextual replies, may cast votes (upvotes or downvotes) on content, and maintains a per-user conversational memory system;

(b) Automated media analysis: AI-powered visual and video content analysis that generates descriptive summaries, object identification, text extraction, and contextual metadata for media attachments uploaded to the Service;

(c) Content safety systems: Automated systems that scan content for potential policy violations, spam indicators, and safety concerns;

(d) University content enrichment: AI-assisted generation of informational content about universities using publicly available data sources (public encyclopedia) and language model processing.

19.2 AI Processing Infrastructure

AI features are processed through Krtuworks's proprietary AI infrastructure, which includes self-hosted components and managed services:

(a) Krtuworks AI Gateway: A proprietary routing service that directs AI requests to the appropriate processing pipeline. The Gateway operates on Krtuworks infrastructure within the European Union;

(b) Natural Language Processing: Krtuworks utilizes proprietary and licensed language model infrastructure for conversational AI (Gossi), content analysis, and natural language understanding. Content submitted for AI processing (post text, comment text, and contextual metadata) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy;

(c) Visual and Media Analysis: Krtuworks utilizes proprietary AI systems for image and video understanding, including scene description, object identification, text extraction, and contextual analysis. By using features that involve media uploads, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your uploaded media files through our AI analysis pipeline;

(d) Self-Hosted Models: Certain AI tasks, including university content enrichment, are processed by language models deployed entirely on Krtuworks infrastructure within the European Union. Data processed through self-hosted models does not leave our servers.

19.3 Gossi Conversational Agent

Gossi is an AI bot that participates in Platform discussions when mentioned by users. By interacting with Gossi, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) Nature of Gossi: Gossi is an artificial intelligence, not a human. Gossi's responses are generated by language models and reflect programmed personality traits, not personal experiences, emotions, or genuine opinions. Gossi is designed to communicate in a casual, student-like tone but remains an AI system;

(b) Response generation: When you mention @gossi in a post or comment, your content (along with contextual information including the original post, recent comments, community metadata, category-specific data such as course ratings or professor information, and applicable AI memory) is sent to AI model providers for response generation;

(c) Gossi voting: Gossi may automatically cast upvotes or downvotes on content it responds to, based on AI analysis of the content. Gossi's votes are treated identically to human user votes -- they affect engagement metrics, content ranking, and trigger standard vote notifications. Gossi's votes reflect algorithmic sentiment analysis and do not represent editorial positions of Krtuworks;

(d) Content limitations: Gossi's responses may be inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or factually incorrect. Gossi's responses do not represent the views, opinions, advice, or endorsements of Krtuworks. Do not rely on Gossi for professional, legal, medical, academic, financial, or safety-critical advice;

(e) Post-level control: Post authors may enable or disable Gossi's ability to respond to their posts through the post settings toggle (gossiEnabled). When disabled, mentions of @gossi in that post will not trigger AI responses, though the mentioning user's daily usage quota may still be affected;

(f) Rate limiting: Each user has a daily limit on the number of Gossi interactions they can initiate. Usage is tracked as a percentage of the daily quota. Quotas reset at UTC midnight (00:00 UTC). The exact quota amount is not disclosed and may be adjusted by Krtuworks at any time;

(g) Marketplace exclusion: Gossi does not respond to mentions in marketplace listings, as such content is commercial in nature and outside Gossi's intended conversational scope.

19.4 Gossi Memory System

Gossi maintains a per-user contextual memory to improve the relevance and continuity of its responses over time:

(a) What is stored: A single paragraph of AI-generated notes about each user who interacts with Gossi, summarizing observed characteristics such as communication style, academic interests, topics of discussion, personality traits, and interaction history. This memory is generated and updated by the AI model itself, not by Krtuworks personnel;

(b) How it works: Each time you interact with Gossi, the AI receives your existing memory (if any), generates or updates the memory paragraph based on the new interaction, and the updated memory is stored in our database. Memory evolves over time as you have more interactions;

(c) What is NOT stored: Gossi memory does not store verbatim copies of your messages, personal contact information, financial data, or health information. The memory consists of AI-generated summaries and characterizations, which may be imprecise, incomplete, or inaccurate;

(d) User controls: You have full control over Gossi's memory through the following mechanisms:

(e) Data retention: Gossi memory data is subject to the same data retention and deletion policies as other user data. Memory is automatically deleted when your account is deleted (cascade deletion). Memory data is stored in our primary database on EU-hosted infrastructure;

(f) Accuracy disclaimer: Gossi memory is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies, mischaracterizations, outdated information, or incorrect inferences. Krtuworks does not review, verify, edit, or endorse the content of Gossi memory. If you believe your memory contains harmful or incorrect information, you may delete it at any time.

19.5 Automated Media Analysis

When you upload images or videos to the Service, they may be processed by AI media analysis systems:

(a) Purpose: Media analysis generates descriptive metadata including scene summaries, identified objects and subjects, extracted text and signage, and ambient/contextual descriptions. This metadata is used to enhance AI features (providing Gossi with visual context), improve accessibility, and support content moderation;

(b) Processing: Media files are processed through our proprietary AI media analysis pipeline. Files are temporarily stored during processing and deleted upon completion;

(c) Rate limits: Media analysis is subject to per-user and platform-wide rate limits. Not all media may be analyzed immediately -- analysis may be processed with a short delay;

(d) No training: Your media is not used by Krtuworks to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Processing is limited to generating the analysis output for Service functionality;

(e) Opt-out: You cannot selectively opt out of media analysis while continuing to upload media. If you do not want your media to be analyzed by AI, do not upload media to the Service.

19.6 AI Content Disclaimer

AI-GENERATED CONTENT (INCLUDING GOSSI RESPONSES, MEDIA ANALYSIS RESULTS, AND UNIVERSITY CONTENT ENRICHMENT) IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, BIASED, OFFENSIVE, INAPPROPRIATE, OR MISLEADING. KRTUWORKS DOES NOT ENDORSE, GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. AI OUTPUTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL, LEGAL, MEDICAL, ACADEMIC, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER EXPERT ADVICE. YOU RELY ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

19.7 AI Data Usage Commitments

Krtuworks makes the following commitments regarding AI data processing:

(a) We do NOT use your content to train, fine-tune, or improve general-purpose AI language models or image generation models;

(b) AI processing is limited to generating outputs for immediate Service functionality (responses, analysis results, content enrichment);

(c) AI prompts and responses are not stored separately beyond what is necessary for immediate processing, except for Gossi memory as described in Section 19.4 and operational logging for debugging purposes (which is subject to standard log retention policies);

(d) Your data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. AI processing is limited to generating outputs for immediate Service functionality.

20. Feed Algorithm, Personalization, and Recommendations

20.1 Feed Modes

The Service offers multiple feed viewing modes:

(a) Algorithmic feed: Content is ranked and ordered by a proprietary algorithm considering multiple signals including engagement rates (upvotes, downvotes, comments, shares), content recency, community relevance, user interaction history, creator influence scores, and personalization signals. The algorithmic feed aims to surface content most likely to be relevant and interesting to you;

(b) Chronological feed (Newest): Content is displayed in reverse chronological order by creation timestamp, without algorithmic ranking;

(c) Popular feed: Content is ranked primarily by engagement metrics (upvotes, comments, and shares) within a given time window;

(d) Trending feed: Content identified as trending based on engagement velocity (rapid increase in interactions relative to the content's age and the community's baseline activity).

You may switch between feed modes at any time through the feed controls. Your feed mode preference is saved and persisted across sessions.

20.2 Algorithmic Ranking Factors

The algorithmic feed considers the following categories of signals (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive, and the specific factors and weights are proprietary):

(a) Engagement signals: Upvotes, downvotes, comment count, share count, save count, view count, and engagement rate relative to impressions;

(b) Recency signals: Content age, time since last engagement, temporal decay functions;

(c) Relevance signals: Community membership, category affinity, topic relevance based on past interactions;

(d) Quality signals: Content length, media presence, author reputation scores, historical content quality;

(e) Social signals: Interactions with the content author (follows, past engagement, block status), community overlap, social graph proximity;

(f) Personalization signals: Your historical engagement patterns, preferred content types, active hours, and explicitly stated preferences;

(g) Negative signals: "Not interested" declarations, content from blocked users, posts from communities you have left.

20.3 Interaction Scoring

The Service maintains interaction scores between users based on their engagement patterns:

(a) Interactions such as upvoting, commenting, replying, following, and messaging contribute to a weighted affinity score between users;

(b) Higher affinity scores may result in increased visibility of a user's content in your algorithmic feed;

(c) Interaction scores are calculated automatically and cannot be manually adjusted by users;

(d) Different interaction types carry different weights (e.g., commenting may carry more weight than upvoting).

20.4 "Not Interested" Controls

The Service provides mechanisms to indicate content you do not wish to see:

(a) Post-level: Mark a specific post as "not interested" to remove it from your feed and reduce the likelihood of similar content;

(b) Author-level: Mark a specific author as "not interested" to significantly reduce or eliminate their content from your feed, without fully blocking them;

(c) Topic-level: Mark a topic as "not interested" to reduce the algorithmic weight of that topic in your feed (soft penalty rather than hard filter);

(d) "Not interested" signals are processed immediately and affect future feed generation. Previously cached feed results may take a short time to update.

20.5 Feed Caching and Performance

Feed content may be cached for performance reasons:

(a) Cached feeds may not immediately reflect the latest content, votes, or interactions;

(b) Significant user actions (new posts, votes, follows, blocks, "not interested" signals) trigger cache invalidation;

(c) Krtuworks uses ETag-based HTTP caching to minimize data transfer while ensuring reasonable freshness;

(d) Pull-to-refresh and explicit feed mode switches force fresh data retrieval.

20.6 Algorithm Transparency and Limitations

You acknowledge that:

(a) Krtuworks's feed algorithms are proprietary and the specific factors, weights, and logic are not publicly disclosed;

(b) Algorithmic ranking is not neutral -- it inherently prioritizes certain content over others based on predicted relevance and engagement;

(c) Krtuworks does not guarantee that you will see all content posted to communities you have joined, even in algorithmic mode;

(d) Algorithmic feeds may inadvertently create "filter bubbles" or amplify certain content patterns. The chronological feed option is available as an alternative;

(e) Feed algorithms are continuously refined and may produce different results over time without notice;

(f) Krtuworks does not manually curate, editorially select, or individually promote specific content in feeds (except for Platform announcements and system notifications).

21. Notifications, Schedules, and Academic Reminders

21.1 Notification System Overview

The Service provides a comprehensive notification system designed to keep you informed about relevant activity. Notifications are delivered through multiple channels:

(a) Push notifications: Real-time alerts delivered to your device through iOS push notification service, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), or Expo Push Notification Service;

(b) In-app notifications (history): A persistent notification feed within the application that records significant events and interactions;

(c) WebSocket real-time events: Immediate in-app updates for actions occurring while you are actively using the Service;

(d) Email notifications: Transactional emails for critical account events (verification, password reset, security alerts, moderation actions).

21.2 Notification Types and Categories

Notifications fall into the following general categories (see our notification preference documentation for the complete list of individual notification types):

(a) Social interactions: Follow notifications, post votes, comment notifications, mention notifications, post saves, shares;

(b) Messaging: New message alerts, incoming call notifications, group actions (additions, removals, role changes), message reactions;

(c) Marketplace: Purchase requests, transaction completions, listing favorites;

(d) Academic: Daily schedule reminders, class starting reminders (1 hour before), exam reminders (at 1 week, 3 days, 1 day, and 1 hour intervals), class conflict alerts;

(e) Clubs: Join requests, membership decisions, event notifications, announcements;

(f) Company: New followers, ratings, verification status updates;

(g) Moderation: Report status updates, content violation warnings, account actions;

(h) Security: New login alerts, account status changes;

(i) System: Administrator broadcasts, platform announcements.

21.3 Notification Preferences and Controls

The Service provides granular control over notifications:

(a) Dismissable notifications: Most notification types can be individually enabled or disabled through the notification preferences interface. For each dismissable notification type, you may independently control:

(b) Non-dismissable notifications: Certain notification types cannot be disabled due to their critical nature, including: account security alerts (new login from unrecognized device), account status changes (suspension, ban, freeze, deletion), moderation actions (content violations, warnings), report status updates, system administrator broadcasts, and urgent club announcements. These notifications are always delivered through all available channels;

(c) Device-level controls: You may also control notifications through your device's operating system notification settings, which override application-level preferences;

(d) Default state: All notification types are enabled by default when you create an account. You must actively disable notifications you do not wish to receive.

21.4 Academic Schedule Integration

The Service provides academic schedule features including:

(a) Schedule management: Users may input and manage their academic course schedules, including course codes, names, meeting times, classrooms, and exam dates;

(b) Daily schedule notifications: At approximately 9:00 PM in your local timezone, you may receive a summary of the next day's classes. If you have no classes scheduled, you receive a notification informing you of the free day;

(c) Class reminders: Approximately one hour before a scheduled class, you may receive a reminder notification including the course code and classroom location (if provided);

(d) Exam reminders: Exam reminders are sent at multiple intervals: one week before, three days before, one day before, and one hour before the exam. Reminders include the course code, exam type, date, and time;

(e) Conflict detection: If two classes are scheduled at overlapping times, you receive a conflict alert notification;

(f) Schedule sharing: You may share your class schedule with other users. Schedule sharing triggers notifications to recipients when sharing begins or ends;

(g) Timezone awareness: Schedule notifications are calculated based on your configured timezone to ensure reminders are delivered at appropriate local times;

(h) Data accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of your schedule data. Krtuworks does not verify schedule information against university registrar systems. Incorrect schedule data may result in incorrect or missed reminders.

21.5 Schedule Notification Controls

All academic schedule notification types (daily schedule, class reminders, class conflicts, exam reminders) are individually controllable through the notification preferences system. Disabling a schedule notification type prevents push notification delivery but does not affect the underlying schedule data or sharing features.

21.6 Notification Data

Notification delivery requires the collection and processing of device tokens, device platform information, device locale, timezone information, and notification interaction data (read/unread status, timestamps). This data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

22. Media Upload, Storage, and Content Delivery

22.1 Supported Media Types

The Service supports uploading and sharing the following media types, subject to format validation and content policies:

(a) Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and HEIC/HEIF formats;

(b) Videos: MP4, WebM, MOV, AVI, and MKV formats;

(c) Audio: Voice notes and audio messages in supported formats;

(d) Files: Documents and other files in messaging contexts.

Krtuworks reserves the right to modify supported formats, add new formats, or deprecate existing formats at any time.

22.2 Upload Limits and Processing

Media uploads are subject to the following limitations and processing:

(a) File size limits: Individual file uploads are subject to maximum size limits (currently 50 MB per file). These limits may be adjusted at any time;

(b) Server-side processing: Uploaded images may be resized, compressed, reformatted, and optimized for delivery across different device types and screen sizes. Thumbnails and preview images may be generated automatically;

(c) Content validation: Uploaded files undergo file format verification and content validation to ensure they do not contain malicious payloads;

(d) Deduplication: The Service employs deduplication technology to identify previously uploaded identical files. Duplicate uploads may reference existing stored copies rather than creating new ones, improving storage efficiency;

(e) Rate limiting: Media upload endpoints are subject to rate limits to prevent abuse and ensure fair resource allocation.

22.3 Media Storage and Delivery

Uploaded media is stored and delivered as follows:

(a) Storage: Media files are stored on CDN provider R2 object storage infrastructure with global distribution capabilities;

(b) Content delivery: Media is served through content delivery network (CDN) infrastructure for optimized loading performance across geographic regions;

(c) Availability: While Krtuworks employs commercially reasonable measures to ensure media availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to stored media. Media may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to system failures, storage issues, policy enforcement, or content removal;

(d) Retention: Media associated with active content follows the content's lifecycle. Media associated with deleted content is removed following the content's deletion schedule (soft delete, then hard delete after 30 days). Media associated with deleted accounts is removed as part of the account deletion process;

(e) No backup guarantee: Krtuworks does not guarantee the preservation of uploaded media. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important media files.

22.4 Media Content Policies

All uploaded media must comply with these Terms and Community Guidelines. Specifically:

(a) Media must not contain prohibited content as described in Section 7 (Community Guidelines);

(b) Media may be processed by automated content safety systems and AI analysis tools;

(c) Media identified as violating content policies may be removed, and the uploading account may face enforcement action;

(d) Krtuworks reserves the right to disable or restrict media uploads for accounts exhibiting patterns of policy-violating media uploads.

22.5 Media Ownership and Licensing

Uploaded media is subject to the content licensing terms described in Section 5. You retain ownership of your media but grant Krtuworks the licenses necessary to store, process, deliver, and display the media as part of the Service.

23. Real-Time Features

23.1 Real-Time Communication Infrastructure

The Service employs real-time communication technology for delivering instant updates, live content synchronization, and interactive features. Real-time features include:

(a) Live content updates: New posts, comments, and votes appearing in real-time without page refresh;

(b) Vote synchronization: Immediate reflection of vote counts and user vote states across all connected clients;

(c) Message delivery indicators: Real-time delivery and read receipt status updates;

(d) Typing indicators: Real-time display of when another user is composing a message;

(e) Online status: Real-time presence indicators showing when users are actively using the Service;

(f) Notification delivery: Instant delivery of notifications to connected clients.

23.2 Connection Management

Real-time connections are managed as follows:

(a) Connections are established automatically when you open the application and are maintained while the application is active;

(b) Connections may be interrupted by network changes, device sleep states, background app restrictions, or server maintenance;

(c) The Service automatically attempts to reconnect after disconnection;

(d) Krtuworks may limit the number of concurrent real-time connections per user or per device;

(e) Persistent connection abuse (e.g., maintaining excessive connections, using real-time connections for data scraping) is prohibited.

23.3 Real-Time Data and Caching

Real-time updates supplement but do not replace standard HTTP data fetching:

(a) Real-time events deliver incremental updates; the full data model is retrieved through standard API requests;

(b) Temporary inconsistencies between real-time events and standard data requests may occur during periods of high activity or network instability;

(c) Real-time features depend on active network connectivity and may not function reliably on slow, intermittent, or restricted networks.

24. Telemetry, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring

24.1 Data Collection

The Service collects usage telemetry and analytics data to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. Collected data includes:

(a) Engagement events: Post views (dwell time), photo expansions, video watch duration, comment expansions, link clicks, shares, saves, and follow actions;

(b) Navigation events: Screen views, profile clicks, community views, search queries, and navigation paths;

(c) App lifecycle events: Session start and end times, app foreground and background transitions;

(d) Interaction events: Scroll depth within feeds, content interaction sequences, feature usage patterns;

(e) Performance data: Response times, error rates, crash reports, network latency measurements.

24.2 Data Processing and Purpose

Telemetry data is processed for the following purposes:

(a) Service improvement: Identifying popular features, detecting usability issues, and prioritizing development efforts;

(b) Performance optimization: Monitoring system health, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing response times;

(c) Feed personalization: Improving algorithmic feed relevance based on aggregate and individual engagement patterns;

(d) Content quality: Identifying trending content, measuring content engagement, and supporting content ranking algorithms;

(e) Debugging: Diagnosing technical issues, reproducing bugs, and resolving service disruptions;

(f) Aggregated insights: Generating anonymized, aggregated statistics about Platform usage for internal analysis and potential external reporting.

24.3 Data Handling

Telemetry data is handled as follows:

(a) Data is transmitted in batches to minimize network overhead (up to 100 events and 200 KB per batch);

(b) Each event includes a client-generated event ID for deduplication;

(c) Raw telemetry events are stored for a limited retention period, after which they are aggregated and the raw events are deleted;

(d) Aggregated analytics data (daily snapshots) are retained for longer periods for trend analysis;

(e) Telemetry data is processed and stored on Krtuworks infrastructure within the European Union.

24.4 Your Acknowledgment

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of telemetry data as described in this Section and in our Privacy Policy. The Service does not currently provide an opt-out mechanism for core telemetry collection, as this data is essential for operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. Where applicable law requires consent or provides an opt-out right for analytics tracking, we will comply with such requirements.

PART V -- PAYMENTS AND COMMERCE

25. Payments, Fees, and Financial Terms

25.1 Current Status

As of the effective date of these Terms, the Service does not implement integrated payment processing for marketplace transactions. Marketplace transactions are currently conducted between buyers and sellers through their own mutually agreed payment methods outside the Platform. Krtuworks does not process, facilitate, or guarantee any payments between users.

25.2 Future Payment Integration

Krtuworks may integrate payment processing services (such as Stripe Connect or equivalent providers) in the future. When payment processing is activated:

(a) These Terms will be updated with specific payment terms, including fee structures, payout schedules, refund policies, and dispute resolution procedures;

(b) Users will be required to accept updated Terms before using payment features;

(c) Payment processing will be handled by the designated third-party payment processor, not by Krtuworks directly;

(d) Krtuworks will not store full payment card details -- payment credentials will be managed by the third-party processor in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

25.3 Platform Fees

Krtuworks reserves the right to introduce platform fees or service charges on marketplace transactions, premium features, or other commercial activities in the future. Any such fees will be:

(a) Disclosed clearly before you complete a transaction or subscribe to a paid feature;

(b) Subject to modification with reasonable advance notice (minimum thirty (30) days for existing paying users);

(c) Non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by applicable law.

25.4 Taxes and Financial Responsibility

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

(a) All applicable taxes (including sales tax, value-added tax, income tax, and any other taxes or duties) related to your marketplace activity, earnings, or use of the Service;

(b) Determining your tax obligations in your jurisdiction and complying with all applicable tax laws;

(c) Maintaining appropriate records of your transactions for tax reporting purposes;

(d) Krtuworks does not provide tax advice. Consult with a qualified tax professional regarding your specific obligations.

25.5 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Service, including marketplace prices, ratings, or AI-generated content, constitutes financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Krtuworks is not a financial institution, broker, dealer, or investment advisor.

PART VI -- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You may not use, display, register, or apply to register any Krtuworks trademark or any confusingly similar mark, name, or logo without the prior written permission of Krtuworks. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Service are the property of their respective owners.

26.3 Limited License to Users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Krtuworks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, personal license to:

(a) Access and use the Service through supported client applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes (or for authorized commercial purposes if you hold a Company Account);

(b) Download, install, and use the MyCampus mobile application on devices that you own or control;

(c) View and interact with content made available through the Service in accordance with its intended functionality.

This license does not include any right to: modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service; distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer the Service or access thereto; publicly display or perform the Service or any content therein outside the Service; or use the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms.

26.4 Restrictions on Use

You may not, and may not permit or enable others to:

(a) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service, its software, or any component thereof, except as expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law (such as EU Directive 2009/24/EC regarding decompilation for interoperability);

(b) Remove, alter, obscure, or deface any copyright notice, trademark, patent marking, digital watermark, or other proprietary notice from any component of the Service;

(c) Use the Service's content, data, features, or functionality to build, train, or improve a competing product or service;

(d) Systematically download, archive, or reproduce substantial portions of the Service's content or data;

(e) Use Krtuworks's name, trademarks, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorization;

(f) Access or use non-public features, APIs, or internal systems of the Service without authorization.

26.5 Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide Krtuworks with any feedback, suggestions, ideas, proposals, improvements, bug reports, feature requests, or other input regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby:

(a) Acknowledge that such Feedback is provided voluntarily, without expectation of compensation, and without obligation on Krtuworks's part;

(b) Grant Krtuworks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose, including incorporating it into the Service, without attribution, compensation, or restriction;

(c) Represent that the Feedback does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;

(d) Waive any moral rights or equivalent rights in the Feedback to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Krtuworks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA," 17 U.S.C. Section 512), the EU Copyright Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/790), and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

27.2 DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent containing:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner);

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;

(c) Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on the Service (e.g., direct URLs, post IDs, screenshot with identifying information);

(d) Your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

(e) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

(f) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Designated Copyright Agent (registered with the U.S. Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(2) and 37 CFR 201.38): Registration Number: DMCA-1071159 Copyright Compliance Department Krtuworks LLC 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA Phone: +1 (307) 429-3359 Email: [email protected] (Subject line: "DMCA Notice")

27.3 Processing of Takedown Notices

Upon receiving a valid, complete DMCA takedown notice:

(a) We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;

(b) We will notify the user who posted the material that a takedown notice has been received, providing a copy of the notice (with the complainant's personal contact information redacted at our discretion) and information about the counter-notification process;

(c) We will maintain a record of the notice and our response for legal compliance purposes.

27.4 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

(a) Your physical or electronic signature;

(b) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal;

(c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

(d) Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number;

(e) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Krtuworks may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice (or their agent).

27.5 Counter-Notification Processing

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification:

(a) We will promptly provide a copy to the original complainant;

(b) We will inform the complainant that the removed material may be restored in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days;

(c) Unless the complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order against the content provider within that period, we will restore the material;

(d) If the complainant files a court action, the material will remain disabled pending resolution.

27.6 Repeat Infringer Policy

Krtuworks maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users determined to be repeat copyright infringers. A user may be deemed a repeat infringer if they have received more than two (2) valid, uncontested DMCA takedown notices. We exercise reasonable judgment in identifying repeat infringers and may consider the totality of circumstances, including the nature and scope of infringement, whether the user has filed valid counter-notifications, and any other relevant factors.

In addition to DMCA procedures, Krtuworks processes copyright claims under applicable international copyright frameworks, including the EU Copyright Directive, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (No. 5846), and the Berne Convention. For jurisdictions with different procedures, requirements, or notice formats, please contact [email protected] with details of your claim, and we will process it in accordance with applicable local law.

27.8 Good Faith and Misuse

Knowingly filing a materially false DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages, attorneys' fees, and costs. Krtuworks reserves the right to disregard notices that appear to be filed in bad faith, as part of harassment campaigns, or for purposes of censorship, competitive sabotage, or abuse of the takedown process. Abusive use of the DMCA process may also result in enforcement action against the filing user's account.

28. Trademark Policy

28.1 Trademark Claims

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your trademark rights, you may submit a trademark complaint to [email protected] containing:

(a) Identification of the trademark (name, registration number if applicable, registration country);

(b) Description of the allegedly infringing content and its location on the Service;

(c) Explanation of how the content infringes your trademark rights;

(d) Your contact information (name, organization, email, phone);

(e) A good faith statement that the use is not authorized.

28.2 Trademark Review

Krtuworks will review trademark complaints and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account warnings, or no action if the use is determined to be non-infringing (e.g., nominative fair use, descriptive use, parody, or commentary).

PART VII -- PRIVACY AND DATA

29. Privacy and Data Protection

29.1 Privacy Policy

Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

29.2 Data Controller

Krtuworks LLC acts as the data controller (or equivalent designation under applicable law) for personal data processed through the Service. Our contact information for data protection matters is:

Krtuworks LLC Attn: Privacy / Legal 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA Email: [email protected]

We process your personal data on the legal bases described in our Privacy Policy, including: performance of our contract with you (these Terms), our legitimate interests (as described and balanced against your rights), your consent (where applicable), compliance with legal obligations, and protection of vital interests. Where applicable, specific legal bases under the GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA, and other frameworks are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

29.4 Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. These rights and the procedures for exercising them are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

30. Data Retention, Deletion, and Portability

30.1 Retention Principles

Krtuworks retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods for different data categories are described in the Privacy Policy data retention schedule.

30.2 Active Account Data

While your account is active, we retain your account information, content, preferences, and activity data as necessary to provide the Service. You may delete individual content items (posts, comments, messages) at any time, subject to the soft-delete and hard-delete timelines described in these Terms.

30.3 Soft Delete Timelines

When you delete content or request account deletion:

(a) Posts and comments: Immediately removed from active display (soft-deleted), permanently deleted (hard-deleted) after thirty (30) days;

(b) Messages: Soft-deleted upon user action, permanently deleted (including associated media) after thirty (30) days;

(c) Notifications: Automatically deleted after thirty (30) days;

(d) Sessions: Automatically expired per configured expiration periods;

(e) Password reset tokens: Automatically expired after fifteen (15) minutes;

(f) 2FA challenge data: Automatically expired after five (5) to ten (10) minutes;

(g) Recovery documents: Reviewed and deleted within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission;

(h) Report content snapshots: Retained up to one (1) year if the report is approved; cleared if dismissed;

(i) AI memory (Gossi): Retained until you delete it, disable memory, or delete your account (cascade deletion).

30.4 Data Portability

Where applicable law provides a right to data portability (including GDPR Article 20 and equivalent provisions), you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. To exercise this right, contact [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

31. Account Deletion, Hard Delete, and Data Erasure

31.1 Voluntary Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through:

(a) The in-app account deletion feature in your account settings;

(b) Contacting [email protected] with your account deletion request.

Upon initiating deletion:

(c) Your account enters a "soft-deleted" state -- your profile, content, and activity are removed from active display but retained in our systems;

(d) A grace period of ninety (90) days begins, during which you may cancel the deletion by logging back into your account;

(e) After the grace period expires, your account enters the irreversible hard-delete process.

31.2 Hard Delete Process (GDPR Data Erasure)

The hard-delete process permanently and irreversibly removes your personal data from our active systems:

(a) Account data: Your user record is anonymized -- a "ghost user" placeholder is created to maintain referential integrity in database relationships (e.g., so that replies to your deleted comments do not break), but all personally identifiable information is removed;

(b) Content: Your posts, comments, reactions, ratings, reviews, and other content contributions are anonymized or deleted. Content that has been quoted, replied to, or incorporated into other users' content may persist in an anonymized form;

(c) Messages: Your sent and received messages are permanently deleted, including associated media attachments;

(d) Media files: Your uploaded images, videos, and files are permanently deleted from our storage infrastructure (CDN provider R2);

(e) AI memory: Any Gossi memory associated with your account is permanently deleted;

(f) Device tokens and sessions: All device tokens, session records, and authentication data are permanently deleted;

(g) Cache data: All cached data associated with your account in server-side caching layers is invalidated and removed;

(h) Idempotency: The hard-delete process includes safeguards against duplicate execution -- once initiated, the process runs to completion without repeating steps.

31.3 Exceptions to Deletion

Certain data may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate purposes:

(a) Legal obligations: Transaction records, tax records, and financial data may be retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations;

(b) Legal holds: Data subject to ongoing legal proceedings, government investigations, or preservation orders may be retained until the matter is resolved;

(c) Safety records: Records of severe policy violations (permanent bans for CSAM, terrorism, credible threats) may be retained to prevent re-registration and to cooperate with law enforcement;

(d) Backup retention: Data in backup copies may persist temporarily until overwritten by the normal backup rotation cycle;

(e) Aggregated data: De-identified, anonymized, and aggregated statistical data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely;

(f) Content shared by others: Content that has been independently shared, saved, screenshotted, or copied by other users before your deletion request cannot be recalled or deleted by Krtuworks from those users' possession.

31.4 Account Deletion by Krtuworks

Krtuworks may delete your account pursuant to the enforcement provisions described in Section 36 (Suspension and Termination). In the case of permanent bans, your data is handled according to the same deletion process, subject to the retention exceptions above and any additional retention required for safety and legal compliance purposes.

(b) CDN provider: Content delivery and media storage (subject to CDN provider's Terms of Service);

(c) Push notification providers: Push notification delivery (subject to respective platform terms);

(d) Stripe: Payment processing, when activated (subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Terms of Service).

Krtuworks is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, policies, availability, security practices, or data handling of any third-party service provider.

The Service may contain links, references, or integrations with external websites, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Krtuworks. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or security of any external sites. 32.4 University and Institutional Integrations

The Service uses publicly available information about universities and educational institutions (such as public encyclopedia content) for informational and enrichment purposes. This information is not endorsed, verified, or provided by the universities themselves unless explicitly stated. University names, logos, and related identifiers used on the Service are the property of their respective institutions.

33.5 Jurisdictional Limitations

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WHERE WARRANTIES CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THEY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM SCOPE AND DURATION PERMITTED BY LAW.

34. Limitation of Liability

34.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE KRTUWORKS PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:

(a) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;

(b) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, INCOME, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, CONTRACTS, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS;

(c) LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR CONTENT (INCLUDING USER CONTENT);

34.2 Aggregate Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE KRTUWORKS PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO KRTUWORKS (NOT INCLUDING PAYMENTS TO OTHER USERS OR THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES COLLECTIVELY TO ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE.

34.3 Essential Purpose

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS SECTION REFLECT A FAIR AND REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK BETWEEN YOU AND KRTUWORKS, THAT THEY FORM AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES, AND THAT KRTUWORKS WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS. THE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

34.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE KRTUWORKS PARTIES' LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR: (A) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE;

(B) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION;

(C) ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW, INCLUDING MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION PROVISIONS.

35. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

35.1 Your Indemnification Obligations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Krtuworks Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:

(a) Your use of or access to the Service;

(b) Your User Content, including any claims that your content infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party's rights;

(c) Your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;

(d) Your marketplace transactions, including disputes with buyers or sellers;

(e) Your housing arrangements made through FindRoom, including disputes with landlords, tenants, or roommates;

(f) Your interactions with other users, whether online or offline, including those initiated through matching features;

(g) Misrepresentation of your identity, age, university affiliation, company authorization, or any other information;

(h) Your use of AI features, including reliance on AI-generated content;

(i) Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you;

(j) Your Company Account activities, including content posted by sub-accounts (Admins and Posters) under your Company Account.

35.2 Indemnification Procedures

Krtuworks will:

(a) Promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification (though failure to provide timely notice shall not relieve your indemnification obligations except to the extent you are materially prejudiced);

(b) Provide reasonable cooperation in the defense of the claim (at your expense);

(c) Allow you to control the defense and settlement of the claim, provided that you may not agree to any settlement that imposes obligations on Krtuworks, admits fault or liability on behalf of Krtuworks, or does not unconditionally release Krtuworks from all liability, without Krtuworks's prior written consent.

35.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

In jurisdictions where blanket indemnification provisions are not enforceable (including certain EU member states and Turkey for consumer users), this Section shall be limited to the extent required by applicable mandatory law, and you shall remain responsible for your own wrongful acts to the fullest extent permitted.

36. Account Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

36.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by:

(a) Using the account deletion feature in your account settings;

(b) Contacting [email protected] with your deletion request.

Account deletion follows the process described in Section 31 (Account Deletion, Hard Delete, and Data Erasure).

36.2 Suspension and Restriction by Krtuworks

Krtuworks may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice (except where required by applicable law), suspend, restrict, or limit your account or access to the Service for any of the following reasons:

(a) Violation or suspected violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Acceptable Use Policy;

(b) Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity;

(c) Request or order from law enforcement, regulatory authority, or court of competent jurisdiction;

(d) Security concerns, including suspected account compromise or unauthorized access;

(e) Extended period of inactivity (as defined by Krtuworks);

(f) Failure to comply with verification requests;

(g) Technical or operational necessity;

(h) Actions that create legal liability or harm (or risk of harm) to other users, Krtuworks, or third parties;

(i) Any other reason that Krtuworks determines, in its reasonable judgment, warrants suspension or restriction.

36.3 Termination by Krtuworks

Krtuworks may permanently terminate your account for:

(a) Severe or repeated violations of these Terms (see enforcement tiers in Section 9.3);

(b) Violations subject to zero-tolerance policies (CSAM, terrorism, credible violence threats);

(c) Court orders or legal requirements mandating account termination;

(d) Fraud, identity theft, or systematic abuse of the Service;

(e) Discontinuation of the Service in whole or in part.

36.4 Effect of Suspension

During suspension:

(a) You may not access the Service, your content, or your data through any means;

(b) Your content remains on the Platform but may be restricted from public view;

(c) You may not create new accounts during the suspension period;

(d) Suspension does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations, including financial obligations related to marketplace transactions.

36.5 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination:

(a) All access rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease;

(b) All active sessions are revoked;

(c) Your account data is handled according to Section 31 (Account Deletion) and our Privacy Policy;

(d) You must immediately cease all use of the Service, including any use of Krtuworks trademarks or intellectual property;

(e) You may not create new accounts after a permanent ban without express written authorization from Krtuworks;

(f) Outstanding marketplace obligations, financial obligations, and any liabilities incurred prior to termination survive;

(g) Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in full force and effect (see Section 52).

36.6 Account Freeze

In certain circumstances, accounts may be "frozen" rather than suspended or terminated:

(a) Self-freeze: You may freeze your own account, which temporarily removes your presence from the Platform while preserving your data. You may unfreeze by logging in;

(b) Administrative freeze: Krtuworks may freeze your account for investigation, pending verification, or as a protective measure. Administrative freezes require Krtuworks action to lift;

(c) Company-related freeze: Sub-accounts linked to a Company Account may be frozen when the Company Account is closed or the Owner account is frozen. Non-owner sub-account users cannot independently unfreeze their accounts in this scenario;

(d) During a freeze, your account data is preserved, but you cannot access the Service or interact with other users.

37. Informal Dispute Resolution

37.1 Good Faith Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings (including arbitration or litigation), you and Krtuworks agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service ("Dispute") through good faith informal negotiation.

37.2 Notice of Dispute

To initiate informal resolution, the complaining party must send a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice") to the other party. Your Notice to Krtuworks must be sent to:

Krtuworks LLC Attn: Legal -- Dispute Resolution 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA Email: [email protected] (Subject: "Notice of Dispute")

The Notice must include:

(a) your name, username, and account email;

(b) a detailed description of the nature and basis of the Dispute;

(c) the specific relief sought;

(d) your contact information.

37.3 Negotiation Period

Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of sixty (60) days from the date the Notice is received ("Negotiation Period"). During the Negotiation Period, neither party may initiate arbitration or litigation (except for applications for injunctive or equitable relief, claims filed in small claims court, or where the Negotiation Period would cause the statute of limitations to expire).

37.4 Confidentiality

All communications during informal dispute resolution are confidential and shall not be used as evidence in any subsequent arbitration or litigation, except as required by law.

38. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

38.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

IF THE INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 37 DOES NOT RESOLVE THE DISPUTE WITHIN THE NEGOTIATION PERIOD, YOU AND KRTUWORKS AGREE THAT ANY REMAINING DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT, except for the limited exceptions described in Section 38.5. This agreement to arbitrate is intended to be broadly interpreted and applies to all Disputes between you and Krtuworks, including but not limited to claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Service, or the termination of your account, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.

38.2 Arbitration Administration and Rules

Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or, if the AAA is unavailable, a comparable arbitration forum). The following rules apply:

(a) Arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with AAA procedures;

(b) The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language;

(c) The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States, unless you and Krtuworks agree otherwise, or unless the arbitrator determines that conducting the arbitration in that location would impose an undue hardship on you, in which case the arbitrator may permit participation by telephone, video conference, or written submissions;

(d) Filing fees: You shall pay the AAA consumer filing fee (currently approximately $200 for claims under $10,000). Krtuworks shall pay all remaining arbitration fees and costs, including the arbitrator's fees and AAA administrative fees, to the extent required by AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules;

(e) Arbitrator authority: The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, including the scope, enforceability, and arbitrability of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator may award any relief that would be available in court, including injunctive and declaratory relief, but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim;

(f) Decision: The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction;

(g) Confidentiality: All arbitration proceedings, including submissions, evidence, and the arbitrator's decision, shall be confidential, except as required by law or to confirm, vacate, or enforce the award.

38.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND KRTUWORKS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING DISPUTES AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR PARTICIPANT IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR MULTI-DISTRICT LITIGATION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, and may not award class-wide relief. If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is void or unenforceable for any reason, then this entire Section 38 (Binding Arbitration) shall be null and void, and the Dispute shall proceed in court subject to Section 39 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction).

38.4 Mass Arbitration Procedures

If twenty-five (25) or more similar Disputes are filed against Krtuworks within a sixty (60) day period ("Mass Filing"), the following additional procedures apply:

(a) Up to ten (10) individual Disputes shall be selected (five by claimants' counsel and five by Krtuworks) as "Bellwether Cases" to proceed through individual arbitration first;

(b) All other Disputes in the Mass Filing shall be stayed pending resolution of the Bellwether Cases;

(c) Following resolution of the Bellwether Cases, the parties shall engage in good faith mediation to resolve the remaining Disputes based on the bellwether outcomes;

(d) If mediation does not resolve the remaining Disputes within sixty (60) days, each remaining Dispute may proceed through individual arbitration.

38.5 Exceptions to Arbitration

The following Disputes are excepted from the arbitration requirement:

(a) Small claims court: Either party may bring qualifying Disputes in small claims court of competent jurisdiction, provided the Dispute remains in small claims court and is pursued on an individual basis;

(b) Intellectual property injunctive relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving the infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents);

(c) Emergency relief: Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where delay would cause irreparable harm;

(d) Legally prohibited: Disputes where mandatory applicable law prohibits binding arbitration (see Section 38.7).

38.6 Opt-Out Right

You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement. To opt out, you must send a written notice to Krtuworks within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms (whether by creating an account, using the Service, or otherwise indicating acceptance). Your opt-out notice must be sent to:

Krtuworks LLC Attn: Legal -- Arbitration Opt-Out 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA Email: [email protected] (Subject: "Arbitration Opt-Out")

The notice must include: your full legal name, username, registered email address, and a clear, unequivocal statement that you opt out of binding arbitration. If you opt out, all other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect. Opting out of arbitration does not affect any other rights or obligations under these Terms.

38.7 Jurisdictional Limitations on Arbitration

Where mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits binding arbitration of certain Disputes, pre-dispute arbitration agreements, class action waivers, or any provision of this Section 38 (including but not limited to certain provisions of EU consumer protection law, Turkish consumer protection law (No. 6502), and other mandatory consumer protection frameworks), such provisions shall not apply to you to the extent they are prohibited. In such cases, Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Section 39 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and the applicable mandatory provisions of your jurisdiction's law.

39. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

39.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply to these Terms.

39.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 38 and the international user provisions in Section 40, you and Krtuworks irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming for any Dispute that is not subject to arbitration or is excepted from arbitration under Section 38.5.

39.3 Waiver of Objections

You waive any objection to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts, including objections based on inconvenient forum, improper venue, or lack of personal jurisdiction, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

40. International Users and Jurisdictional Provisions

40.1 European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom

If you are located in the EU, EEA, or United Kingdom:

(a) Nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013;

(b) Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers apply only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction;

(c) You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence for consumer Disputes, in addition to (or instead of) Sheridan County, Wyoming;

(d) The arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 38 apply only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. Where prohibited, Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction;

(e) You have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen (14) days of entering into the contract, except for digital content services that have been fully provided with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal;

(f) For EU users, you may refer disputes to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in your member state. Information about ADR bodies is available through the European Commission's consumer redress portal at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu or through your national consumer protection authority;

(g) Our data processing practices comply with the GDPR and, where applicable, the UK GDPR, as described in our Privacy Policy.

40.2 Turkey

If you are located in Turkey:

(a) These Terms are subject to the mandatory provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations (No. 6098), the Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502), and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698);

(b) You may bring disputes before Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees (for claims within applicable monetary thresholds) or Consumer Courts in your place of residence;

(c) Provisions of these Terms that are inconsistent with mandatory Turkish consumer protection law shall not apply to the extent of such inconsistency;

(d) Your data protection rights under KVKK (including rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation) are described in our Privacy Policy and are fully respected;

(e) The arbitration and class action waiver provisions apply only to the extent permitted by Turkish law. Consumer disputes below the applicable threshold must be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees.

40.3 Other International Jurisdictions

If you are located in a jurisdiction not specifically addressed above:

(a) Where mandatory consumer protection, data protection, or other laws of your jurisdiction cannot be waived or overridden by contractual agreement, these Terms shall be interpreted consistently with such mandatory laws;

(b) If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory local law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to comply, while preserving the remaining provisions;

(c) You may have additional rights under your local law that are not addressed in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive rights that cannot be legally limited or waived in your jurisdiction.

PART IX -- GENERAL PROVISIONS

41. Force Majeure

Neither Krtuworks nor you shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations under these Terms (other than payment obligations) to the extent caused by circumstances beyond the affected party's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tornados, fires, epidemics, pandemics (including COVID-19 and future public health emergencies), war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, insurrection, sabotage, government actions (including sanctions, embargoes, regulatory changes, and emergency orders), power outages or failures, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks (including distributed denial-of-service attacks, ransomware, and state-sponsored attacks), hardware or software failures of third-party infrastructure providers, labor disputes, strikes, shortages of materials or labor, supply chain disruptions, or any other events or circumstances beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"). The affected party shall provide prompt notice of the Force Majeure Event and make reasonable efforts to mitigate its effects. If a Force Majeure Event persists for more than ninety (90) consecutive days, either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice.

42. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable under applicable law:

(a) That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms;

(b) The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of that provision shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms;

(c) All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect;

(d) If the severed or modified provision was a material part of the bargain between the parties, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace it with a valid provision that achieves a substantially similar commercial effect.

43. No Waiver

The failure of Krtuworks to enforce any right, remedy, or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right, remedy, or provision or of any other right, remedy, or provision. No single or partial exercise of any right, remedy, or provision shall preclude any further exercise of that or any other right, remedy, or provision. A waiver of any term or condition of these Terms is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Krtuworks, and such waiver shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the same or any other provision.

44. Assignment and Transfer

44.1 By You

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms, whether voluntarily, by operation of law, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Krtuworks. Any purported assignment or transfer in violation of this Section is null and void.

44.2 By Krtuworks

Krtuworks may freely assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without your consent, including in connection with: a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or consolidation; a sale of all or substantially all of our assets; a joint venture or strategic partnership; a financing or investment transaction; or any other transfer of business operations. Upon any such assignment, the assignee shall assume all of Krtuworks's obligations under these Terms, and Krtuworks shall be released from its obligations to the extent assumed by the assignee. We will notify you of material assignments through available channels.

45. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence

45.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Supplemental Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Krtuworks with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, with respect to the same subject matter.

45.2 Order of Precedence

In the event of a conflict between the documents forming this Agreement, the following order of precedence applies (from highest to lowest):

(a) Feature-specific Supplemental Terms (for the specific feature they govern);

(b) These Terms of Service;

(c) Privacy Policy;

(d) Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy (as set forth in Sections 7 and 8 of these Terms).

45.3 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are between you and Krtuworks. No third party has any rights or benefits under these Terms, except as expressly provided (such as indemnified parties under Section 35). The Krtuworks Parties are intended third-party beneficiaries of the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.

46. Electronic Communications and Notices

By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from Krtuworks, including but not limited to:

(a) Email to your registered email address (verification emails, password resets, security alerts, moderation notifications, service announcements, Terms updates, and account-related communications);

You agree that electronic communications from Krtuworks satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, including any requirement for "signed" documents, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 47. Feedback, Suggestions, and Ideas

Any feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, concepts, proposals, improvements, feature requests, enhancement ideas, bug reports, or other input that you voluntarily provide to Krtuworks regarding the Service ("Feedback") is provided on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis. By submitting Feedback, you:

(a) Acknowledge that the Feedback is provided voluntarily, without any expectation of confidentiality, compensation, credit, or attribution;

(b) Grant Krtuworks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, incorporate, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose, in any medium, without restriction, attribution, or compensation;

(c) Represent that the Feedback does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or proprietary rights;

(d) Acknowledge that Krtuworks may already be developing or may independently develop ideas, concepts, or features similar to your Feedback, and that submission of Feedback does not create any obligation on Krtuworks to develop, implement, credit, compensate, or otherwise act on the Feedback;

(e) Waive any claims against Krtuworks relating to or arising from its use of Feedback that is similar to or identical to your submission.

48. Accessibility

Krtuworks is committed to making the Service accessible to users with diverse abilities. We strive to design and develop the Service in alignment with recognized accessibility standards and guidelines. If you experience accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility concerns and improve the Service's usability for all users.

49. Open Source and Third-Party Software

The Service may include open source software components and third-party libraries, each of which is subject to its own applicable open source license terms. To the extent that any open source license terms conflict with these Terms with respect to the applicable open source component, the open source license terms shall govern solely with respect to that component. A list of open source components and their licenses may be provided upon written request to [email protected].

50. Export Compliance and Sanctions

You represent and warrant that you are not:

(a) located in, a national or resident of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. economic sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine);

You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable export control law, economic sanctions program, or trade restriction. Krtuworks reserves the right to restrict or terminate access from sanctioned jurisdictions or for sanctioned persons without notice.

51. Government End Users

If the Service is being acquired by or on behalf of the United States government or any other government entity, the Service is deemed "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as defined in FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202, as applicable. Use, reproduction, release, modification, disclosure, or transfer of the Service is governed solely by these Terms, and all other use is prohibited.

53. Headings and Interpretation

53.1 Headings

Section headings, titles, and Table of Contents entries are for convenience and reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms.
